I highly recommend it and will definitely come back more often! The apartment is super spacious, well located, neighborhood super quiet! From to go walking to the nearest beach, to the market… but by car it is also close to everything, cove, pitanges… I went to the carnival and imagined that there would be a lot of mess in the surroundings, but the neighborhood is super quiet and the condominium too. Milena explained the entire operation of the condominium and was super available during the stay. A great cost benefit and I've already saved to my air bnb favorites!

The stay was great, no words to thank Beatriz for all the attention and kindness. The apartment is great, super complete, I felt right at home. The condominium is super nice and very close to the beach, it was under renovation but it didn't get in the way at all. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful weekend! Impeccable house, with good location, clean, organized and all new. Ventilador in all the rooms, well organized barbecue with all the necessary utensils both in the house and on the barbecue. Large pool, catching sun at all times, making it the same with the pleasant temperature all day. The Host gave us the will at all times and was helpful whenever requested, check in and check out without any problems. If we have a chance, we will be back for sure.

I highly recommend the house, very spacious and comfortable, quiet street… The pool surprised me, from the photo it looks smaller than it really is, we were 5 people in the pool and there was still a good space for more people… About the Hosts no comments, super flexible with check-in, Mr. Reinaldo treated us super well, super attentive and helpful… Rafael is the best. Cristina also treated us super well, I will definitely be back with my family.

I would like to thank Dona Mari for the homemade, helpful and attentive! Alessandra for all attention and always willing to answer questions. The house is perfect, clean and has everything you need and even more, lots of details and sensational space. The swimming pool to that surprised me, because it was heated does not imagine that it would be, however that many of the family turned into the night in the pool. The location is close by and the beach is close by. In short, it exceeded expectations.

Big and beautiful house with beds a send space for everyone! The pool & bbq area is awesome as well! The neighborhood is great with stores abs lots to do!

Mr. William received us super well and made our entry and exit flexible for us. The beach is five minutes away but not very good for bathing, but going to the other took only 7 minutes by car. The furniture of the house is very well taken care of, clean and smelling linen. It was all very good, the host is very patient and considerate! I want to go back now!

Home and house cleaning were excellent and the Iure always helpful ! The house is not close to the beach , but for those who enjoy a swimming pool and rest , nor do they need to go to the beach , the house already provides all of this ...

I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. We spent a wonderful family weekend in the apartment of Francisca. The space is very clean, modern and renovated. Everything was impeccable! It is very close to beach and easy access. The condominium staff is very solicitous and kind. Francisca, inclusive, an excellent host! Extremely kind, sympathetic and did everything possible to accommodate us in the best possible way and fulfill our requests. I would definitely stay at this location again!

It was our first Airbnb rental experience and I am delighted with this apartment! We were very well taken care of by Juliana, before, during and after our stay. Very clear instructions, speed and cordiality. About the apartment, no words! Exactly as shown in the photos, even better. Fully equipped: complete kitchen, cooler, toys for children to take to the beach, extra sun guard, some pampering and details that made a difference. Spectacular view of the beach and the condominium. Air-conditioning, TVs and showers in perfect condition. The structure of the condominium is amazing. Delicious pool, you don't want to leave. Anyway, just compliments. The only bad part was having to go home. We love it and want to come back more often. I highly recommend Juliana's apartment!

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ).
