Great apartment with views of the sea and beach from the balcony. 5 minutes walk to beach, and 15 into centre of Laredo.

Luis was very attentive from the first moment. She offered to pick us up when arriving in Somo and showing us the apartment. Once the days went on, I kept asking if we needed anything. The area is very nice and despite having a slope you are close to downtown and the beach. The road becomes very easy and bearable. You don't have to take the car if you don't have to.

I was with my family at Ana Paula's place and we felt right at home. Own parking, garden with trampoline for children to play, very good location and a clean and tidy apartment. And Ana Paula was always attentive to what we needed!

Estela is a great Host, she made us feel at home and was always attentive to support us on everything.

Our stay in this house was excellent. The location is great for exploring the area. The cleanliness of a ten, spotless on every corner. All new furniture with pleasure. We really enjoyed the good views from the pleasant terrace. Also, the hostess was thoughtful and thoughtful, which made our experience even more pleasurable. Fully recommendable

La Casa de las Flores is a beautiful, comfortable apartment, fully furnished, and including all modern amenities. Comillas' seafront and beach are easily accessible via a short stepped pathway close to the apartment neighbourhood, while the town centre is only a 10m walk away. Jorge was a wonderful host who kept us informed in the run-up to our vacation and was attentive throughout, providing pointers to local restaurants, experiences and activities both in and around Comillas. We especially enjoyed the apartment's private garden, and found the neighbourhood quiet and convenient during our stay (first half of June). Recommended.

We had a fantastic family time at Sonia's house, in which we felt right at home, literally. The apartment is super cozy, with a decoration that transmits peace and harmony, and with great taste, with an order and scrupulous cleaning. The area is very quiet but it was what we needed: beach front line, gym, park, bars and nearby supermarkets.. Best of all their owners, they make you feel as if you knew them. We had a problem as soon as we arrived and they fixed it very quickly. Departure was anticipated by circumstances and they facilitated everything, we left with great sorrow of having to leave the one that had been our vacation home. We also found some special details that we loved. Sonia is super close, kind, willing and affectionate. I have already recommended to several friends and family this place, because it was really a very important vacation (my son's first ones) and they were wonderful.

Mari Jose was a charming person from the moment we arrived. The place was very clean and had everything you need. She also recommended places to go in the surrounding area. If we were to return to Cantabria, we would choose this place, and if not, we would recommend it to family and friends

The apartment was beautiful and very cozy, perfect for a quiet stay. Everything was immaculately clean, tidy and with a very nice aroma since we entered. Being able to park the car inside the compound was a huge plus, and the area is very quiet, ideal for resting. Accommodation in a very good location to get around the area, with everything you need to cover your needs, a perfect area to rest, in summer with the pool it will be the ideal place to spend a good vacation. Super nice place! Close to the beach, very private and you feel like home.

The apartment matches the photos and description. It's also in perfect condition: clean and fully equipped. We really felt comfortable and at home, which is especially important when traveling with a baby. The place of parking is an added bonus. Recommended.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

The place is just like the photos. Spacious, comfortable for a family. A food store and playground down the street. The garden is small but cozy, and the common areas of the development are impeccable. Perfect place for a family with small children like us. Vanesa and her husband were very kind and flexible with our questions and requests, and they always answered very quickly.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach, shops and walking areas along the coast and countryside. Margarita was a great host, attentive and thoughtful, and her house was very comfortable and cozy. It's been a great stay.

The accommodation is even better than we expected, incredible views, sunny and very bright, clean and decorated with great care. It's not missing a detail. Cristina and Ivan are very friendly and have made things easy for us and given us great directions. The location is privileged, wonderful. We'll be back for sure.
