Very good experience, the apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker… It had a garage which was very useful. It was a second without an elevator, but that wasn't a problem. Begoña was very kind, giving clear instructions about the stay. In addition, we had a problem with the bathroom and he was immediately available and helped us solve it quickly, which was appreciated. The only drawback I see is that the kitchen was not very clean, there were traces of dust and grease in some areas, the rest of the apartment was impeccable.

The location was perfect and the host very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the internet and it was fixed immediately. I would highly recommend this place and its host to any family looking for a great place to stay in Santander

Iulian is a wonderful host, he is really caring and has very good tips on where to go. His place is really lovely and cozy and he keeps it top notch. The apartment is nicely decorated and it’s fully equipped to make you feel right at home. He was also very welcoming and kind to accept our dog. We had a very nice stay and we highly recommend it.

Our stay at Jesus' house was very pleasant. The house is located in a very quiet residential complex, about 12-15 minutes from downtown Somo and the beach. The house is very convenient and is very well equipped. The decor is a little dated but very practical. The weak point would be the beds, which have quite uncomfortable mattresses. The garden is spacious and very well cared for. Although Jesus lives in the same house (in a totally separate room), it's all very private and we had total privacy. We went with our little girls (1 and 2 years old) and they had a great time running around the garden. There's a bit of a hill, but it wasn't an inconvenience for them at all.

We loved Jose's apartment! Very clean and tidy. Perfectly equipped, the bed is very comfortable and very large. It has beautiful views. It has ample garage space, although you can park on the street without a problem. The area is quiet but close to beaches and good restaurants. He left us a baby and a high chair at no additional cost, he gave us some sobaos and let us leave later on the last day. She also sent us a local guide, which helped us a lot. Jose has been on the lookout and always available. Highly recommended.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. We had a great week in Carlos's apartment, everything is just like the photos, Carlos is always attentive to anything you might need. When going with my dog, she took it into account and offered us plans to include her. Would definitely be back enchanted! Be mindful of two flights of stairs of about 10-12 steps. Surely we'll see you again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very thoughtful host, we were with little girls and left us in the apartment the high chair, bathtub, crib… in addition to the breakfast that they leave you complimentary upon arrival. Very well located, by the day you can hear the bars below but for us it was not a lot of problem. On the beachfront, and a few minutes walk from the quotation center.

We took this place overnight, Carlos responded immediately and had no problem accepting our arrival time even though it was late and welcoming our puppies. We were very comfortable and quiet, ideal place to rest. Quiet place.

Conchi is a very helpful and nice person. When we needed some information, he always responded quickly. The house is cozy and in a perfect location: 20 meters from the sea, close to restaurants, supermarkets, ... it is very quiet. There are some essential amenities such as a hairdryer, clothes rack, mosquito repellent and electric heater. We loved it and we'll be back!
