We had a wonderful stay! As advertised this house is perfect for a family of three. Both our toddler and the adults in our home were super happy with our stay. The house is beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed. Matt and Robin have thought of everything! We really appreciated the helpful communication pre- check-in and check-out, and absolutely loved the house. Bonus points and THANK YOU Matt and Robin for telling us not to worry about doing the dishes before we left!!!! If you’re looking for a lovely, easy, beautiful place to stay in Santa Barbara, look no further! Also super close to the waterfront, so much to do and delicious restaurants a short drive away. We loved it here and hope to come back!

What a great place! The house is beautiful and spotless. Was able to take a beautiful oceanside run from the house. Was also able to take an easy peaceful Walk in the nature preserve that is right around the corner. Beds were comfortable. Backyard was amazing. Could have easily lived in or at least stayed for longer. Will definitely keep this on a favorites list for a future stay in SB!

Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

We had an amazing time. The cottage had everything we needed. Close to a dog friendly beach and great hiking park. It was immaculately clean . It has a big room and living space with lots of natural light. Complete kitchen, full fridge. Bathroom with hairdryer, shampoo and more. I was very happy to see a full closet in the bedroom, with hangers for clothes. Paul and Anna were amazing hosts and very responsive . Even provided us with a BBQ as soon as we suggested that it would be a good idea. It is also very dog friendly. The backyard is private and safe for the dog to roam in . They were great in suggesting places of interest in the area, all printed out in a booklet. The area is peaceful, beautiful, walkable with lots to do. We would definitely be back

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

We loved our stay in Santa Barbara! While this cottage is small, it is so amazing to have a beautiful outside space! The tree in the back was full of giant yellow trumpet shaped flowers and I loved laying on the hammock in the afternoon! We did have some issues with getting into the unit (door seeming jammed/not opening after it was unlocked), but realized if you didn't try to check that the door was locked after pressing the lock button, then it would be fine the next time. All of the information that was sent ahead of time was super helpful - especially the fast way to the park/beach!

A sweet oasis - peaceful. Private. The outdoor communal area was a dream come true. The herbal tea bar was a comforting and amazing touch. The sauna was beautiful to sit in and enjoy the views of the garden. Great location, close to everything. Amazing recommendations for the area - for all walks of life. They thought of everything and were super kind and accommodating; friendly pups and cool to have the option to get fresh kitchen eggs too. I’m already planning on returning, not one trip - but two are already in my mind - crossing fingers it’ll be open to book! :)

This house was perfect for our family. All the rooms are on the top floor and living space on the bottom floor. The beds are really firm but not terrible. The kids loved going in the Jacuzzi and having the garage space and outdoors to ride their scooters and use their toys, and we felt good about them being safe since there is a gate at the street. It is so convenient to walk to restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, bakeries, etc. That is the major plus about this house -- the location! Would definitely stay here again.

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Thank you Angela for a memorable stay!

The ranch is even more wonderful in person and now we’ve created exceptional memories there we will remember forever. We were surrounded by stunning nature and I loved being around the goats and chickens in the back. The property is just gorgeous both inside the cabin (every detail was paid attention to) and outside. We enjoyed an intimate celebration here and everyone just loved our peaceful surroundings. We could have asked for more comfortable beds and we just felt so comfortable, in general, the entire time. Thank you, Erin, for such an incredible stay!

This place has amazing views! The home is spacious, beautiful, and perfect for our family of six. Huge windows let in tons of natural light and showcase the peaceful surroundings. We loved the pond with six adorable ducks and even spotted turtles and squirrels! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were well-stocked with toiletries. The fire pit and BBQ grill were great extras—we used them to make delicious carne asada from El Rancho Market. The downstairs neighbor was super friendly and gave great local tips. A few notes: check-in is firm at 4 p.m., check-out is at 10 a.m., and you’ll want to bring your own spices since many were expired. Also, the fridge was on vacation mode when we arrived and took overnight to cool. Still, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again!
