Beach house vacation rentals in Santa Teresa Beach

This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

We had a great stay! The house is as described in the pictures. Some helpful things to know- bring your own toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods etc. as there is a limited supply provided (2 rolls toilet paper and paper towel). The only thing supplied was hand soap, kitchen soap and garbage bags. Also, if you are picky about your bed sheets I would bring your own - the sheets on the beds are very old and pilly. There are quite a few small grocery stores in the area and many fruit stands to purchase food The home is a 1 min walk from a beautiful peaceful beach. The pool was cleaned daily Overall it was a wonderful stay. The best dinner place in the area is a short 5-7 min drive down the road to PEPEZ in Tambor - up a steep road but overlooking the entire ocean and surrounding The house is in a great location to explore if you have a vehicle. The host was very helpful and always responsive to messages. We will return

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

Great villa. Community was beautiful & safe. Shared pool was lovely. 5min walk to the beach. Quick drive into town. Always appreciate coffee & sugar!

From start to finish, our stay at Casas Soleil was amazing. Our host, Soraya was very helpful in providing recommendations for surf rentals and excursions. She was prompt and responsive to any questions that arose. She even helped my husband arrange for the delivery of a delicious cake for my birthday which was on the day of our arrival! The home has everything promised in the description and was perfect for our family getaway. There was ample space in the home, plenty of towels for showering and for the beach, and the kitchen had all the essentials to cook meals when we didn't want to dine out. The location was even closer than we anticipated to the Beach which allowed us to have the best of both worlds - mornings spent walking to the beach after breakfast and many afternoons lounging by the pool before walking back to enjoy the sunset. We rented a car and drove to dinner most nights but there are ample restaurants nearby within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

¡Excelente estadía! El aire acondicionado mantiene el espacio fresco y agradable, adaptándose perfectamente al clima. Los cuartos y las camas estaban impecables, la limpieza se nota desde el primer momento y realmente hace que uno quiera quedarse en el lugar. Los baños y el área de lavado están equipados con shampoo, acondicionador y jabón, un detalle muy considerado que demuestra el cuidado por las necesidades de los huéspedes, incluso si uno ya trae sus propios productos. La cocina es súper amplia y completamente equipada, incluso con condimentos, lo cual eleva mucho la experiencia y demuestra que todo está pensado para que no falte nada. Notamos que hay dos redes Wi-Fi, lo que fue un plus, ya que la señal llega bien tanto dentro de la casa como en la zona de la piscina. En cuanto a la seguridad, es excelente, lo que brinda una sensación de tranquilidad y un ambiente muy familiar. La atención de los dueños fue destacable

Es un lugar increíble, todo estaba de acuerdo a lo indicado, es un lugar muy completo y muy bien equipado, hubieron más electrodomésticos de los que pensé que fueran haber, toda la casa se encontraba con aire acondicionado y muy muy limpio y en la parte de la cocina habían ventiladores muy grandes que hacían que no se sintiera el calor, esa parte de la cocina abierta y junto a la piscina hicieron que nuestra estadía para disfrutar en familia fuera más unida, ya que todos podíamos estar juntos, la playa queda muy cerca caminando, todo muy seguro y muy muy limpio... Sin duda alguna volveremos a ir muchas veces a este lugar, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con el lugar tan hermoso y la atención de don Dustin y doña Norma..... Sin duda alguna pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en este lugar, para nosotros fue más de lo que esperábamos y no tenemos queja alguna... Totalmente recomendado

Stayed here for a few days with my family and we loved the house. Very clean, great pool, great layout. There is major construction happening next door though that was extremely disruptive. The construction was happening up high on the roof while we were there so workers were just watching us while we were at the pool, it felt very uncomfortable. We also found screws and nails that had fallen into the yard which was very concerning to my barefoot kids running around. I know it's not the fault of the airbnb but some more notice about the construction to future renters while it continues on would be very helpful.

I love the quiet location and great view! We were returning for a 3rd visit to this house and it’s always great! Walkable food, drinks, coffee and beach. Great hosts, always super responsive and kind. They’re helpful with things around the house and know everything about the area if you need anything. The beach is paradise! The house is a perfect place for you to feel like you’re miles away from anything, when really it’s just a quick walk

As others have said the pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are stunning!! Waking up every morning with a view of the Pacific ocean and howler monkeys is a dream come true!! Access to the property is much easier than others we have stayed at. The road is well maintained but steep at points. We had a 4x4 but maybe not needed at all times of the year. The house itself is well stocked for cooking and very clean. The gardens are the best I’ve seen in my travels this far :) Yoga in the mornings coordinated by Pacific Azure was just what we need. Would stay again!

Very easy walk to the beach and great restaurants near by. The house was very good for cooking meals and clean good bathrooms and bed rooms!

WOW. This is hand down my favorite Airbnb experience ever!!! This house is amazing. Loved everything about it. The INCREDIBLE view, the sound of the ocean. The scarlet macaws nesting outside, the amazing open living and kitchen space, the pool, the beds, all of it. We loved the forest drive and 4x4 hill, everything was great. Super peaceful yet a quick drive to town. First time staying in Mal Pais and we really loved being out of the action yet close enough to access everything the town and beaches have to offer. Jen was a fabulous host and gave us privacy but was responsive and ready to help at any question or request. Her restaurant recommendation list was EPIC. We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you so much for such an epic stay.

We had a great stay, the airbnb is beautiful and had everything we needed. It’s only a 15 min walk to the centre with nice cafes and restaurants and about 5/10 minutes to the beach. We would definitely come back

Sehr sehr süße Unterkunft mit unglaublich viel Platz und einem tollen Zugang direkt zum Meer. Wir haben dort schöne 3 Nächte verbracht. In Cabuya ist an sich nicht besonders viel los, das Airbnb ist also eher wie eine kleine Oase wenn man etwas für sich sein möchte würde ich sagen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht: Ein spärlicher aber ausreichender Supermarkt (etwa 10-15min zu Fuß entfernt) und direkt die kleine strasse hoch auch ein Restaurant. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und waren vor allem von der überdurchschnittlichen Ausstattung des Airbnbs begeistert. Super zum runterkommen :) Jenny war auch toll, immer schnell erreichbar und sehr unkompliziert.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is very welcoming and comfortable as well as easy to find and easy parking. Now, the view…that’s amazing!! We were able to relax and enjoy just being there. The outdoor area & pool are very well maintained as is the entire house. Will, the caretaker/concierge is super friendly, helpful and the owners are very lucky to have him as their representative. The beach and many great restaurants are a short drive away. We would most definitely love to rent this place again ❤️

If I could give this property a 15/10 I would! This was a beautiful, special place for me and my family. My husband and I came down with our 10 year old, 2.5 year old, our nanny - and we loved every minute of it. Our concierge Tania was nothing short of amazing, helping plan every detail of stay including booking private surf lessons, yoga lessons at the house, a personal chef, private horseback riding tours, a private boat tour, and zip lining. Chef Rodrigo and his wife Angelica especially were fabulous making us delicious breakfasts and dinners featuring healthy, local ingredients. They were also a pleasure to spend time with chatting as they cooked. The house is beautiful - perfectly located between Santa Teresa and Playa Hermosa - a private retreat with breathtaking views. The beds and main living room were comfortable with great AC and the art and decor throughout was cool! We felt safe with the night guard and loved the cleaning / laundry service. We will be coming back!

We had a great stay! Galina was very helpful with everything we needed, and the house was very comfortable.

We stayed at Roy’s place for a month— three adults, a toddler, and two babies— and it was a wonderful place for our group. It was a perfect location, right next to a number of different places to get coffee, eat, and also get to the beach— all within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped for our long stay. The washer and dryer worked great. The outdoor shower is SO helpful after a day at the beach, and we really appreciated having the gated parking area to house our stroller, surf boards, and car. We didn’t have any problem with bugs inside but make sure you wear bug spray outside. There is a nice hammock to enjoy in the backyard. Roy even had the cleaner come every week during our stay and she did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this place and we will stay here again next time we visit.

Underbar jungelstuga i Montezuma. Väldigt mysigt, läget är jättebra, nära till alt. Men å andra sidan, var köksmaterialet lite gammalt och vattentrycket i kranen gjorde det svårt att diska ibland.
