This was our first time visiting Santa Teresa, and this house made the trip so much fun. It has 4 nice bedrooms and the perfect pool along with the beautiful outdoor living/eating space. Hadar was sooooo helpful. She helped us with reservations at all the best restaurants and created a perfect itinerary of activities for our group (4 adults and 4 kids). We’ll be back for sure and we’re staying here when that happens!

Our stay was fantastic, the villa is stunning and it was clean, we will come back for sure. Great communication, the only thing was that there was a poweroutage, from 8am to 4pm on our checkout day, which we got to know at 8.10am, would have been nice to know that in advance, because it appeared it was planned. Otherwise everything was great and thanks a lot for the nice stay! 🤩

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Villa Santa Terese with the convenience of the beach and local Rocamar restaurant when we didn't fell like cooking or wanted a cold smoothie after surfing! The Villa was super clean and had basic kitchen supplies. While the walk to town wasn't bad, we typically drove as we were always coming and going through town. The pool made for a nice repose from the saltwater beach. Would definitely stay again!

The place is really great and very remote, which of course is great for the peace it gives but getting there is a bit difficult. We didn’t had a 4x4 but I would recommend it. But the place is so nice surround by nature and wildlife. We had monkeys, birds and iguanas visiting. The kids loved it. The pool is absolute gorgeous and we used it constantly. Thanks for the nice stay.

This a magical and unique paradise! It turned out to be my vacation from vacation; it’s one of a kind paradise. The pictures did not do it justice. Although there are other units on property, it’s very private, secluded and quiet; except for jungle sounds and crashing waves from nearby ocean. There is a large wrap around mahogany deck on the unit which is on stilts. Entering a full size kitchen with all the amenities, a living room with large screen TV. And then large bathroom with huge bathtub and separate shower leading to well sized bedroom. Although I did not meet Quentin he was super responsive. There were snacks in a bowl and other housewarming gifts including aloe cream and other lotions. He even included a half pound bag of excellent Costa Rican coffee! There are steps that lead to beach and a pool on property that even has a fun fast water slide! This is truly one of the best stays ever at an Air BNB. Also you definitely need a car as it’s quite away from highway.

Beautiful. Comfortable. Cozy. This is a stay we will never forget!! Aside from the stunning views of the ocean and complete privacy, the villa is charming as can be - a chic bohemian beach paradise. If you’re looking to sip coffee and make breakfast in the morning, while listening to the sounds of nature (a symphony of birds, insects, and the occasional howler monkey roar) from your poolside hammock, this is the place for you!!! It will feel like you’re in a dream! Also, Fiona, our concierge, is a shining gem of a human - so kind and gracious and helpful!!! 11/10 would recommend this place. The only, and I mean ONLY, downside is that the villa is located a ways up the hill and the road is steep and treacherous in some places. We would definitely recommend a mode of transportation to get to the villa. We walked down into town most days and while we had to be careful, it was doable. The walk back up was quite challenging tho - a great workout for those more abled-bodied travelers.

We’ve stayed with Jessica a few times in the past and this time did not disappoint, as usual! The place was spotless upon arrival and really comfortable. The view from the deck is even better than what can be captured by the photos. It’s the busiest time of year in ST and Jessica’s place is so close to town and yet very quiet, away from the noise and dust. Atv recommended to get up the hill, as the listing says. Host is super responsive and can hook you up with atv rentals, etc! Thanks for another amazing stay!

Really nice place near the beach, very nice staff and very clean site. Beautiful outdoor and indoor kitchen with amenity. We felt safe during the stay . Beautiful semi-private pool because the site has 4 units so expect to live in a small community . Thanks to Ayal for his quick and courteous communications as well as to junior for his quick service without forgetting the smile of the cleaning ladies.

The condominium is beautiful very quiet with private beach, restaurant and supermarket there was no need to leave the house very nice, improved to the photos of advertising and Laura was always attentive to my inquiries and very kind allowed me to be with my 4 dogs. That was the best. We definitely want to come back. Thank you for letting us be in her house.

Wow this was the most healing experience. The Airbnb is a beautiful peace of art nestled away in privacy just 10 min from the Santa Teresa area, making food and activities easily accessible but privacy and peace a priority. The effort and love Pierre put into this home shines bright in every detail of the home. Pierre made very sure we were able to arrive to the location with ease as the roads in the area can be confusing, we were never once left lost. While we mainly ate in town, the house is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, which made it easy when we decided to utilize the outdoor & indoor kitchen for dinner. The house is stocked with beach bags and beach towels, which we appreciated because no one brought any for the trip! As shown in pictures, the view is absolutely breathtaking. I would absolutely stay here again, hopefully very soon!
