5 stars – Perfect beach getaway! This spot was exactly what we were hoping for. The private mini pool was a dream—peaceful, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Just 150 steps to the beach made it incredibly convenient. Great location, great vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

It was our second stay at Villa St. Barth, and we hope it will not be the last one. We enjoy this privacy oasis very close to the touristy areas of the Tamarindo Coast. The property is secluded; you neither see nor feel any neighbours, yet it is just a few hundred meters away from a very nice fish restaurant. The house is squeaky clean and very comfortable to live in. The property's focal point is a pool suitable for lap swimming. We spend hours in the pool daily, looking for a busy bird life and occasional squirrels or monkeys.

Beautiful home with a private and relaxing pool. Easy bike ride into town with private access to a beautiful black sand beach. The home is comfortable, clean and has a well stocked kitchen. Martha and her team (Ricardo and Ale) were extremely friendly and helpful and very responsive. Great job! We would stay here again.

This place is excellent and I would recommend it in a heart beat. It looks just like the pictures, it is super private and has an excellent location, walking distance to several restaurants and close to grocery shops. The instructions provided to access the place are very clear and everything was so clean and neat.

Our stay at Casa Palmas was really lovely! It was a perfect set up for our family and being beachfront is truly unbeatable! We rented a golf cart which made getting around town super the pool is shared with the condo upstairs with specific decks for the house and condo. It was beautiful! My husband commented that there aren’t many airbnbs we would return to, but this one would for sure be one we’d visit again. Thanks Njck!!

Awesome property with a spectacular view. Photos don’t do it justice. Preston was a great host who was very responsive and offered great insight to the area. We will definitely return again. The house and grounds exceeded everyone’s expectations. The villa is very large with plenty of room for 7 adults.

Great location and comfort. beds a little hard

This was the most calm and peaceful house, off the beaten path, with the best views! Vera and her team were wonderful hosts, communicative, friendly, and always helpful. The extra breakfast was delicious. As an avid birder, the spectacular gardens around the farm were a perfect backdrop for spotting some feathered friends! The only note of caution is that you pay close attention to the very clear instructions from Vera about how to get there. Waze or Google Maps may try to take you on the “shortcut” up from Orosi, but it’s not worth it! Make sure you arrive along the road from Cartago/Paraiso.

Had an amazing few days at Evan’s villa. What a lovely property! Taking a dip in the pool any time we wanted was amazing. And, we saw (and heard!) howler monkeys! We would happily stay there again!

AMAZING! Brendon, Moises, and the area all exceeded expectations! I would give more stars on my rating if it were possible. The home is a vacation in itself and the surrounding area is full of adventures. Just from the pool area at the home, you can see mountains, jungle, ocean, river and an abundance of wildlife! Then you get in a car and drive 20min to experience all of those same things up close and personal. If you love outdoors, wildlife and you have an adventurous spirit to try new things, this is the place to be at! The region still has some of the remoteness of less developed areas alongside all the conveniences of developed areas within a short drive. This is hands down our favorite stay we have had and we have been to a lot of places! We stayed 2 weeks here and can’t wait to come back! The home is modern comfortable and has the most spectacular views I have ever seen. Loved having my coffee and just seeing all the Macaw’s, Toucan’s, parrots, and numerous wildlife every day!

This was a great place to stay! Lots of wildlife, and felt pretty secluded. Me and my wife really enjoyed staying there and using the jacuzzi.

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation, and this house was great! Geralyn was such a valuable asset—her recommendations were top notch. We booked the private chef for our last night, and it was delicious and absolutely worth it! A couple of things to note about the house that I wish we had realized beforehand: • The master suite and main living area (which is beautifully done and very private) are separate from the other two bedrooms. As a family of six wanting to stay close together, it was a bit surprising. To access the other two bedrooms and shared bathroom, you need to exit the main level, go down an outdoor flight of stairs, and use a separate entrance with a keypad lock. It’s secure, but it did make us a little uncomfortable at first having our two daughters staying in a separate part of the house. That said, it ended up working out fine. • Also, just a heads up—the hot tub doesn’t have heat. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time here and made wonderful memories!

Loved this air bnb! It was fabulous. Breath-taking views & the pool was amazing. My boyfriend and I spent a decent amount of time at our air bnb (because it was just so beautiful) so it was such a highlight of our trip. They helped us book excursions, massages, and even had our groceries delivered when we got there late at night. My rating is 1000/10!! The way up to the air bnb is a crazy drive. Fernanda helped us find it and check in on the first day, so it wasn’t too bad, but definitely took some practice getting up that road on a steep hill / mountain. Would highly recommend renting a 4WD small SUV. Well worth it for the view though.

We had such an amazing time celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect. The property is stunning. The rooms were comfortable and immaculate. This was the perfect space to spend a week connecting with friends. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this property if you want a peaceful space with beautiful surroundings but still close enough to everything Santa Teresa has to offer.

Our stay was magical. The house absolutely exceeded expectations from the minute we arrived. The view was spectacular, the pool was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the decor was comfortable and inviting. A 10 out of 10!

I have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs around the world and this one was absolutely immaculate and quite possibly my favorite. The property itself has been curated with deep intention and an artistic eye. It was the first time I have ever stayed in an Airbnb that truly exceeded the expectations portrayed in the already beautiful photos. The views are some of the best I’ve ever seen, the house is stunning and impressive and brought together with a truly designer flair to it. Every detail was thoughtful and of quality. Pascal and Virginie were wonderful hosts and the home cooked breakfast they offer is phenomenal and as gorgeously prepared with the same attention to detail that the property boasts. I will be retuning and recommending this property to friends as family as well!

Villa Temenos is simply fantastic! We had the most wonderful stay. Truly so peaceful and beautiful, with toucans and macaws stopping by in the trees outside to say hello. Henry, the caretaker, is the friendliest and kindest person around. It was truly the best trip to relax & unwind within nature. The location to town is great and super easy to run in and out for groceries or to grab a bite to eat. The outdoor living space truly makes the villa! My husband and I kept commenting on how we’d never spent so much time outside on a trip and we loved it! We were there during the start of the green season so were able to have perfect mornings and afternoons then hangout under the covered area to listen to the evening rain and storms. Dean was responsive, hospitable, and provided the most helpful home guide. Truly appreciated! We can’t wait to return. Pura vida!

The place was amazing! Chris met us at the house, showed us around and was very detailed. We felt like we were at home. The view is amazing! We can’t wait to come back.

We've rented a lot of whole house AirBnB's and vacation homes over the years and lots have been lovely, but this was one of the best stays we've ever had. The property is exquisite. The setting is private and beautiful, with views out to the ocean through the canopy. The build quality, attention to detail and material selection were so tastefully done, we especially loved the balinese style pool with zero edge volcanic surround and unfinished stone bottom. The location is perfect, half way between Dominical and Uvita, so you can access both easily and the parks are a short drive away. There are a couple of great restaurants and a little market within walking distance that we frequented. The concierge, cleaning people and private chefs really set the experience apart. All were incredibly professional and made our stay 5 star. Managing something like this in such a remote place is challenging and Giovanna and her team have gone above and beyond. Book it. It's the only place to stay.

House was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. Matched the pictures and then some!

The view of this house was breathtaking. We enjoyed visiting the town of Tamarindo & seeing the sunset. If you are looking for authentic Costa Rican food make sure to visit the Sodas (what all their small restaurants are called). We enjoyed every single one of them & are very reasonably priced. We visited playa Conchal which was my favorite beach & not far but also did the Leona waterfall hike and zip lining which was so much fun & beautiful. After our activities we were able to come home to our fresh and clean airbnb and dip in the pool then end the night with Netflix or a TV series. We didn’t have the swing which would’ve been a nice photo prop, but that’s alright. We hope to come back again but with our family or friends, we love Costa Rica so much. My husband really bonded with John the security & would enjoy their night talks. We loved how he greeted us with a smile. We will miss him. Gracias amigo y saludos. Milena was a great host. Responsive and helpful. The place, house, and rooms were beautiful, same as in the pictures. The location is great.

I can’t stress how much we loved our stay in Villa Mango. The architecture and views make this house truly one of a kind. Waking up there everyday was a dream! Judit was also an incredible host, always answering my many questions in a timely manner and being super helpful. Daisy the maid, and the security guard were also amazing perks that made the quality of our stay above and beyond. We most definitely want to come back to Villa Mango- I dream about it everyday!
