Stylish Apt in the Heart of the City

Florenza was great to work with. She communicated well and helpful with check in when our flight was significantly delayed and also helped with setting up transportation to and from the airport. Location is very central to most all attractions and we found it very easy to navigate within the neighborhood. It is a tad loud due to it being on the Main Street but we knew that going in to the reservation, just something to consider if that is a concern for you. You do share a hallway with her other Airbnb apartment so you can hear quite a bit (we dealt with some very loud neighbors) but she was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing that noise problem with the other tenants. You can also hear the lift so just something to keep in mind. The place was as pictured in the listing. Clean, well stocked, and a decent size overall. Showers are very small which we expected but still found challenging. It could use a paint uplift on the walls but it was very nice either way. Great place to stay!

After staying a few days in the center of Barcelona, Silvia's place was a welcomed calm retreat on right on the beach. Silvia's communication, check in instructions and personalized touches around the apartment did not go unnoticed. Her place is impeccably well kept and quite honestly, the photos do not do it justice. The views to the beach and the walkability of the neighborhood are unmatched and I'd highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a beachfront stay just outside of the city. Having arrived slightly earlier than planned, my mom had the chance to meet and speak with Silvia and go to know her briefly before she provided endless amounts of honest recommendations of her local favorite spots. Silvia's place didn't feel like the typical big business run property lacking those special personal touches and it was quite refreshing to see.

Dort ist oft leichter Wind.Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone also ist genügend frische Luft in der Wohnung, wenn man beide öffnet.Zusätzlich gibt es in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren. uns war wirklich nie zu warm. Auch nachts.Temperatur in der Wohnung perfekt. Wieder 100 Sterne. -100 Sterne für bequeme Betten. Mein Mann hatte zum ersten Mal keine Rückenschmerzen!! -100 Sterne für keine Moskitos. -100 Sterne für Spielzeug im Kinderzimmer, das hat mich sehr gefreut. -100 für den Pool -100 Sterne für die tolle Ausstattung in der Küche. Eine große Schüssel für Salat wäre noch super. Dann wäre es perfekt. Der Strand 10 Minuten vom Haus war amazing.Wir hatten eine fabelhafte zeit. Wir kommen wieder. Nur 1 Stern Abzug weil die Aussicht vom Kinderzimmer nicht so schön war.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Nadia. Idéalement situé, l’accès depuis la Place Catalunya est rapide et facile. L’appartement est proche de tout et de toutes commodités. Nadia est bienveillante et réactive. Nous avons rencontré un souci de clés et le problème a été résolu en 10 minutes. Nous avons également eu la possibilité de déposer nos bagages à l’appartement un peu avant l’heure prévue, ce qui était très arrangeant. Nous recommandons fortement l’appartement de Nadia si vous souhaitez visiter Barcelone !

Simpelthen en dejlig lejlighed med den skønneste udsigt over by og vand. Alberto var sød til at hjælpe når jeg kontaktede ham- vi måtte også tjekke lidt senere ud. Jeg vil ikke anbefale at bruge køkkenet til større måltider, men den kan godt bruges til kolde måltider. Vi havde en fantastisk ophold og vil helt sikkert komme igen!

Absolutely fabulous! Immaculately clean, spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated. Gorgeous dining room/sunroom. Large shower with full glass door, great water pressure and large, thick towels, fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer combo. Located in a beautiful building with elevator (ramp to reach the elevator on the ground floor and 8 or 9 steps to reach the elevator on the fourth floor.) Quiet apartment on a secondary street in Eixample which is an area that is vibrant, full of cafes, restaurants, small grocery/produce stores. Ten minutes or less to walk to Sagrada Familia church and Gaudi’s Casa Mila. One minute walk to the tram, five minute walk to the metro. Enrique, the Central Apartment host, was available on the ground floor until 4 p.m. everyday. He was so personable, smiling, and helpful that we felt welcome from the minute that we arrived. If we return to this special city THIS is where we want to stay!!!

Tolle und saubere Wohnung! Alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Wir waren drei Paare und ein Kleinkind. Beim Check-In wurden wir herzlich empfangen. In der Nähe hat es viele Restaurants, Cafés, den Strand und die Metro-Station, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Nachts war es total ruhig.

L’alloggio è bellissimo, mi è sembrato di stare nella mia casa, molto spazioso. Cucina grandissima, bagno luminoso, letto e armadio molto grandi. Fa un po’ freschino ma per fortuna c’è il condizionatore. Inoltre è vicinissimo alla stazione che sta ad 1 minuti a piedi. Joaquin è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e rispondeva subito in maniera gentile ed educata. Tutto perfetto !

Accueil très sympathique d'Elvira qui parle bien français. Le logement est très bien situé avec un parking fermé et le logement est conforme à la description. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir. Un grand merci à Elvira qui a été très charmante avec nous et d'excellentes conseil pour les visites à faire autour de Lloret.

We had a great time in Lali & Luis's apartment! The location was great and it was located in a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were extremely comfy and the showers were great. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at Charles’s apartment was excellent! The whole building and the apartment very striking in design, with everything you need at your fingertips. We spent time each day on the beautiful patio enjoying the sun and relaxing, my favorite part! Kitchen and bathrooms were well done and stocked with what you need, including a nice bottle of wine and coffee, thank you! The quiet neighborhood was an excellent refuge from the very busy Old Town, with lots of restaurant and cafe options. Would never stay anywhere else, loved it!! Book it, totally recommend! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the Jewish Quarter, with charming streets, history and great restaurants all around. Truly a gem—highly recommended! the restaurant Normal is nearby and was amazing.

We loved the apartment. Perfect layout for my boys of 20 and 14 and me as we each needed our own bedrooms. It was very nice & stylishly decorated & furnished. In a fantastic location also, with everything we needed only minutes away or less. It was also absolutely spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and good quality bedding and linens. Es una casa divina, mucho más linda, cómoda y equipada que lo que dicen las fotos! la terraza ofrece buena sombra con vista al mar. Heladera, horno, lavavajillas, secarropa, todos artefactos de primera calidad. No parece un airbnb, sino la casa de alguien que vive allí. La casa es fresca y la piscina es enorme con reposeras y buena vista. Además el entorno de la casa es muy lindo, esta rodeado de pinos y casas muy lindas. Quedamos enamorados de Pals y de la casa de Andrei. La comunicación con él super correcta. Vamos a volver seguro.
