Family-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Rosa Beach

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

This house was very clean and had everything needed for a family of four. Carolyn, the host, was extremely easy to communicate with and we couldn't have been happier with out stay. We will look at this location for our future trips to the area

Loved this place! The room was in perfect proximity to the lobby/parking so we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking spot was great and also in a convenient location! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy and there was even a fan for use if you’re like us and like the noise to sleep. Even being a studio it was quite spacious for the two of us! Short distance to the beach, great food on the property, and a great location to get all around in PCB. 10/10 Thank you again, Patrick!

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The condo was absolutely beautiful! Stocked with everything needed! The host was so friendly! Will definitely be back!

Loved our stay! It was our first time to the area and it was just as we’d hoped! The location could not have been more perfect… close to the pool and the Big Chill! Our kids rode the bikes out every night and met tons of other kids- we felt really safe letting them ride around! The house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The downstairs living room furniture was very comfortable- we all took turns falling asleep on it 😆 The bikes and beach toys were definitely a bonus!

Julia’s place was exactly what we were looking for! She was a super helpful and responsive host, and the unit was in the perfect location to walk to everything in the Rosemary/Seacrest beach area. I don’t believe the listing actually said it included them, but just a note that there weren’t any beach chairs in the unit like one of the listing pictures shows. We brought our own anyways, so it was no biggie!! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The place is lovely, very comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. I loved that everything is located within walking distance, restaurants, stores and the beach. Laura was so sweet and attentive with all her communication, I can’t wait to be back.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, same as the pictures! Loved that you could walk right out to the beach and even better that they had chairs and an umbrella. A great way to do a beach vacation. Also really liked the complex; it was quiet, ample parking and easy to get to many restaurants. Jan was a really great host and had great attention to detail. We would definitely consider a return visit!

I have used Airbnb many times and this particular Airbnb is the absolute best I have ever had the pleasure of renting. There are not enough superlatives to fully describe the wonderful features of this rental property. I highly recommend Kelly and her beach home! It truly exceeds all expectations and Kelly is an amazing host.

the place was as advertised, right on the beach easy beach access great food services down stairs big plus the Starbucks for our coffee addiction! there was a few great bars in the area all in walking distance! Tommy And Randie were very helpful from start to finish. Book here they won't let you down! Will definitely be returning customers!

I can’t say enough good things about Kim’s place! It was beautiful, comfy and very clean. We cannot wait to come back!

The house is walking distance to our favorite beach location which was amazing. We could also walk to food, fresh fish to make at the house and ice cream. The street is quiet with really nice houses and it was very private and relaxing. The house is perfect. It feels like visiting a friend vs a rental. We felt right at home with everything we could possibly need! Having a back yard and private pool was really nice at the end of a beach day. Vanessa was super easy to communicate with, available for any questions and made sure our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back!!

30A Stay - we loved everything about our stay on 30A -Chris was wonderful from the start i had questions regarding the area and he always responded right away even before we booked. The unit is in a great location it was just what we wanted 1st Floor, clean, beach access right out front a heated pool even a laundry room if you needed it. We would definitely stay again. Plenty of restaurants right there sweet stops bike rentals Santa Rosa was a great town to stay in. I’d give 145 Spires a 100 out of 100 and Chris is a genuinely nice guy with quick responses even to the smallest questions. Can’t wait to go back .

Loved staying here! This was the perfect distance from the beach! It was just enough space for my family, even though we spent much more time at the beach and the pool. Loved having a full kitchen and good size bathroom. We will definitely be staying here again!

Ron and Yolie are amazing host, managed to run into him on my way out and he was a pleasure to talk to. His home was beautiful and well accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The house was a great shift from the condos we usually stay in. Awesome layout that was perfect for the us and 3 kids. All necessary baby equipment was provided. The distance to the beach isn’t bad via bikes or golf cart rental. Community pool is awesome.

We had a fantastic week spent at Cindy's place. The location was perfect for our family. The walk to the beach was closer than we initially thought it would be and the complex itself was very quiet and family friendly. Cindy was a great host, we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Can’t say enough great thinks about this home and the owner, Lisette. Communication was top notch, she was helpful and the home was beautiful but also very well equipped. We’ve stayed in the area 10 x but I’m pretty certain her home had the most amenities like bikes, locks, beach items like cooler/ wagon/ toys etc. We have stayed from seaside to seagrove to water sound but we are already planning our next trip to Vitamin Sea. Thank you Lisette for everything!

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Destin! The home was clean, well decorated and furnished, and exactly as described—if not better. It was just a short walk to the beach, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the partially stocked fridge with beer and wine! Communication with the host was seamless and friendly, and they were quick to respond to any questions we had. One thing I would note was that the air conditioning unit only allows it go down to 72 degrees. Thankfully, there were fans in the closet for each room. That being said, without those it would have been tough. Otherwise, it was a great stay, great location, and great host.

Overall we had a great stay at Oh Happy Day! The townhouse looked like the photos and was therefore what we expected. We primarily used the public beach access as the owners provided beach chairs and a very nice umbrella. The public beach access also included shower’s at the top of the steps. We did have one issue as the public beach does intermittently have some of the shoreline blocked out based on homeowner rights (per Walton County website at top of beach steps). The laws seem to be changing continually and we received different answers on what the public beach rights were from three different police officers patrolling the beach… Waterhouse is a new coffee, cocktail, and pizza shop adjacent to the Arcadia townhomes. It is fantastic and we loved being able to carry iced lattes and cocktails down to the beach! We had some cleanliness concerns for one room upon arrival that were quickly addressed. Kenny and Rosemary are lovely and we are thankful for our stay with them in 30A!

Shelly and her home were fantastic. Felt very safe in the gated in neighborhood. The golf cart was so great to have in a place like 30A! Her home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family. Would absolutely stay here again!
