Looking for a peaceful place to stay while the beach is just steps away from the condo? You’ve got it! This Condo is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Just a mile away way from Seaside and Watercolor to escape the traffic. There are plenty of things to do in the area from riding a bike, a golf cart, or grabbing a bite to eat. This condo is located on second floor and it has a view to the pool and partially to the ocean. I do have a second condo available in the same location for 2nd family

SWEET 30A BEACH SUITE

PLEASE read cancellation policy prior to booking. Welcome to this "SWEET SUITE" right in the heart of Seagrove on 30A! A perfect little studio space for couples...but if you have to bring the little one, we have a foldaway floor mat available that folds out to a twin size, ( just bring extra pillow & bedding for that!) More than enough floor space for a pack and play also. This 2nd floor studio space is just across the small two lane 30A highway run.. so just a short 3 min walk to the sand!

The kitchen features modern appliances, including a black oven and microwave. Sleek white cabinets are complemented by a marble countertop, holding an organized arrangement of dishware and glassware. An open layout allows for easy access to the dining area, with natural light streaming through the window.
