Posee una terraza con zona chill out con televisión, un salón-comedor amplio con sofá cama, dos habitaciones (una de matrimonio y otra con dos camas de 90) y un baño con plato de ducha. Además está totalmente equipado con electrodomésticos de toda clase. El aparcamiento es de muy fácil accesibilidad ya que es posible aparcar en la misma puerta. Aeropuerto a tan solo 10 minutos y Alicante a unos 15. Muy bien ubicado.
