Townhome vacation rentals in Santa Pola

We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

Stayed with my family for a week. We got a really fresh and beautiful place with the best welcome! very clear instructions and helpful! i had questions about restaurants, places to visit and things to do and thanks to Paul we never ran out of ideas! An amazing host! I will definitely come back!

The place was even better than the photos! It was really homely 😊 Good location in relation to most things, if you have a car it is not far away to the sea, other cities and sights.

We stayed for a week and we had a great time, the house as the description , it has everything you need. The area is very quiet , and close to the beach and all the amenities. Some sticks the mattress is super uncomfortable and would put air conditioning or a couple more fans, otherwise great!!! We will definitely repeat it!! Thank you very much!!!

Aurelio's house is a great option to spend a few days as a couple. The house has everything, it is super practical and its location is excellent for tranquility and peace, which is very important for us, away from the hustle and bustle. You will feel right at home! We recommend it😍! And Aurelio is super communicative, attentive and kind. Everything was perfect!!!

This property exceeded our expectations, everything was perfect and it was clear to see that they have put a lot of thought into making the property a really comfortable place to stay. The covered outside area provided a nice choice of shade or sun and was a very pleasant place to eat. We also enjoyed using the gas barbecue. The pool is a good size and the screening makes it a nice private area. The location is very peaceful but within easy access of several supermarkets and restaurants and public transport. Thank you Benko for an enjoyable stay, we will definitely return.

We had a fantastic time and even asked if we could stay longer, but unfortunately it was already booked. We found El campello surprisingly beautiful and quiet, also the beach. A good base to explore the sea, city and also the mountains. It was probably also quiet because we were here in April😀. The house was clean, spacious and a super nice patio and garden facing north. The house has no sea view (but we don't have to do that either), but the beach is really mega close. The swimming pool is also nice, even at 21 degrees. In any case, the children thought that😉. When we were there, a sports field was installed in front of the front door. Probably very nice once it's finished (basketball and football to it seemed). We couldn't get into the house at 4pm, there was still cleaning. But the house was well clean at the time. As far as we are concerned, at least a radar. Thank you!

A perfect stay!!The arrival Marisa is attentive at all times and the departure is the same!!The Talby house as shown in the photos and all the supermarkets and beach very close by. The neighbors are very friendly and the residential super quiet to disconnect for a few days! Thank you very much x everything and if we return x the area I will not hesitate to stay in your apartment. 1salued huge

Spent a month there . Had a lovely time

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, we were very satisfied and thank Pascual very much for the hospitality and welcome gift in the fridge.💐 Highly recommended, we would love to come back.

Antonio and Paqui was very helpful and responsive. Helped drive us to the airport when our Uber failed to show up. The housing was great. Clean and spacious with a nice rooftop area. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment and well shaded for most of the day but could do with another few folding chairs (there was only one). The only downside was the fixed stone table and benches in the front patio area which weren't comfortable to use. But overall a great location and a very comfortable apartment.

The cleanest AirBNB we've stayed in. Bathrooms were spotless. Tastefully decorated, everything worked, no need to contact the host to repair anything. No clutter. Can't stress enough the cleanliness of the house. Clara was a great communicator, responsive and friendly. If we go back to Alicante, we'll be checking availability of this listing first.

We had a lovely stay at Davinia's house. It was so useful to have all the equipment we needed for our baby (cot, high chair and bath and baby bouncer) as not many places have this. It also had a well equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster etc.. Davinia was a great host and always replied quickly. We thought we had broken one of the blinds but she explained the steps to fix it and it worked. (don't pull them up too high or it gets stuck!!). The area is very peaceful and only 5 minutes from the beach and Carribiners tram stop. Lots of nice cafes nearby (restaurants too but we did not use them). We would love to stay again!
