Appartement très lumineux orienté est-ouest, doté d’une chambre double et d’un salon avec Smart TV, canapé-lit et petit bureau. 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Climatisation réversible et volets roulants. Grand balcon avec vue partielle sur la mer, parfait pour le farniente! Quartier prisé Santiago Bernabeu-Varadero, proche des plages, du port et des commerces. Espace de parking réservé aux résidents bien que places limitées. Idéal pour le télétravail avec Wi-Fi haut débit et les vacances au soleil.

Elegante apartamento frente al mar, en PRIMERA LÍNEA DE PLAYA en las Calas de Santiago Bernabéu de Santa Pola (Alicante). Con mucha luz y orientación sur-este (levante), siendo más fresco en verano. Ideal para familias, frente al paseo marítimo y la playa. Centro comercial con supermercado, cines, etc, a 200 metros. A 5 minutos andando del centro del pueblo y todos los restaurantes y servicios. Y a 10 minutos andando del puerto marítimo. Cuatro habitaciones (dos dobles) y dos baños. Parking.

Estación autobuses: 8 min andando 2 dormitorios (2 camas cada uno), 2 baños, cocina, amplio salón, soleada terraza Piso alto muy luminoso. Ascensor. Fácil acceso, sin escaleras desde la calle Aparcamiento en la calle, difícil en temporada alta. Máxima limpieza Piscina comunitaria adultos/niños todo el año
