A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. This wonderful jewel with history is located a few meters away from Portopetro. This workshop belonged originally to a carpenter who restored wooden boats. The house is built from the original rock that forms part of this space's heart. Thus, rock, wood, and iron make up the house's aesthetics and structure, giving the sensation of being on a ship that seems to house a cave inside.

Nice house 300 meters from the sea with a small garden, terrace and porch. Recently built. Two bedrooms, one bathroom + outdoor shower with hot water. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one open space. Very comfortable and bright. Very complete furnishings. Very quiet street near the sea in an area with magnificent beaches. Parking is always available in front of the house.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

Me and my family spent a few days at José Ernesto's place, and we had a very friendly and warm welcome, he and his wife are really nice. Communication through Message went well before we met. The really cute little bungalow, there was what you need, towels, sheets, cutlery and kitchen utensils, barbecue oven, perfect. The locations outside a real comfort, great space, a paradise for children, the sunbeds and the hammak very comfortable and well arranged. Everything is well moved in. Supermarkets not far away, the most beautiful beaches next door, from a strategic point of view the location is perfect. We are won over, we will surely come back. Thanks to José Ernesto and his wife

We have just spent a fabulous week at Ca Na Ciara. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had every convenience. My son enjoyed going in the pool every day. The views are wonderful from every aspect of the house, it feels very private as you are not overlooked. Astrid is welcoming, she left home grown oranges and passion fruit as weĺl as milk, water, beer, wine and cake in the fridge for when we arrived, she is friendly, helpful and her dogs are a joy too. Thank you Astrid for a wonderful stay.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

Totally recommend the house 100% - it’s got everything you could need. We went out of season and it was incredibly peaceful, despite being so close to everything. It’s a very short walk to the lovely beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was a hit with everyone, as was the pool table. It’s a very flexible space too, loads of comfortable options if you’re hanging out, from the lounge to poolside to balconies to the large, shaded outdoor dining table next to the outdoor kitchen/grill. The main kitchen is really well equipped, and the massive fridge / freezer is perfect for bigger groups like ours. However, what really elevated the holiday experience was Kimberley from FiveStar. She could not have been more helpful. Communication was brilliant from the off, and when we ran into a few issues (completely of our own making), she got things sorted as quickly and easily as you could hope. She also helped us with an early check in as the house was ready, something we really appreciated.

It is a very nice finca that is very tastefully modern furnished. What we really liked was that everything was at ground level. Unfortunately, the awning broke due to the strong wind. We didn't notice this until the evening when we got home. Inform the owners at 22:00. The next day, the awning was already replaced. Great. Checking out was also smooth, although we had to leave the finca at 04:00 in the morning. We booked a finca in Mallorca for the first time and our expectations were exceeded. The finca can be recommended 100%. We will definitely be back!

We had a nice Easter week at Pedro's, surprisingly there is also a heated indoor pool with massage jets, since the smaller cooking apartment that we had actually rented was taken, we got a larger apartment with two bedrooms. The apartment is typically Spanish, there are no continuous mattresses, but there are assembled single beds. The flexible check-in and check-out times were great, so we could check in in the morning and stay in the apartment until our departure in the afternoon, which was great.
