Electricity will be charged with 0.38Euros/Kwh, each person over 16 years has to pay a local tax of 1.10Euros/per night (low season) o 2.20Euros/per night (high season) - tourist tax.

I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house.
