What a wonderful stay! My wife and I had a great time at this home. It’s perfect for a couple with a very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The building is pretty fancy and has great amenities. This is the best area in Santa Cruz for going and dining but this street is quiet which is great

I had absolutely no problems loved the location it was right next to a cafe 'other lala" delicious. I would definitely stay here again thanks alot.

Stayed there a month with 1 of my coworkers/friends. The apartment was well located in a quiet neighborhood, but was close to everything. The apartment itself was nice and had everything you might need to live and work from home. One of the best attributes however was the pool on the terrace. There is a coworking up there too, but I ended up not using it.

Mi estadía en el departamento fue simplemente fantástica. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todo lo que necesitaba, pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar. El espacio estaba impecablemente limpio, bien decorado y completamente equipado con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. El anfitrión fue increíblemente atento y amable, siempre disponible para cualquier pregunta o necesidad que pudiera surgir. Sin duda recomendaría este lugar a cualquier persona que visite la zona. ¡Espero volver pronto!

this was our first time out of the country and I just had a feeling Rodrigo's place was the one that would work best for us. I was right. It was so nice! The beds were actually king-sized, there were enough pillows and blankets, the shower had plenty of hot water, and everything seemed updated and worked perfectly. It was like a home away from home. It was so nice to come home to after every day full of activities and just relax! I think my favorite part was the super cold air conditioning. Those worked SO WELL and I feel like it was my saving grace every night after humid and hot days. I could feel myself coming alive again in the cool of the condo. Rodrigo was always responsive quickly and the people at the front were in constant contact with him. The area was ideal, as there were tons of restaurants around and the micros and taxis were easy to catch just a few steps from the condo building. When we go back to Bolivia, we're booking Rodrigo again.

Bonito departamento tal cual se anuncia y se ve en las fotos, zonas comunes inmejorables.( las vista a las cuidad son preciosas) Comunicación fluida, correcta y flexible. La ubicación inmejorable tiene todo lo necesario cerca.
