O Apartamento é novo, bem cuidado, móveis bonitos, aconchegante e com uma vista incrível da cidade. Camas confortáveis, banheiros espaços e conta com todos os utensílios para o nosso conforto. Minha família amou. Johanna sempre se comunicando rápido com a gente e muito atenciosa. Houve um pequeno problema com a limpeza do banheiro e Rapidamente mandaram uma pessoa que limpou muito bem todo o apartamento. Voltaríamos com certeza.

This was one of the best airbnbs I have ever stayed in!! It was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was super well stocked in the kitchen and had all amenities (including clothes washer/dryer) for a longer stay. Gaby was super kind and friendly. When there was a small problem with the AC she even came and fixed it right away. The area was also amazing with lots of nice places to eat and shop. I am definitely staying here again next time I'm in Santa Cruz, as I felt right at home. And my recommendation to you, is don't think twice, book this place now!! ☺️✨️

Fantastic location, cannot emphasise how ideal it is for staying in Equipetrol. Our host was wonderful and responsive and all the staff in the building are ready to help with anything you need (shoutout to Luis who was an absolute legend). The pool is stunning and the barbecue amenities, gym and ping pong were exactly what we needed.

Alojamiento perfecto para una estancia en grupo en Santa Cruz. Bien ubicado en el barrio Equipetrol. Los anfitriones son muy reactivos en contestar y coordinar. Gracias por las pequenitas atenciones que nos dejaron al llegar.

Tal cual las fotos, el departamento muy cómodo con todo lo necesario para una estadía larga. Excelente ubicación cerca de la naturaleza. Walter muy atento atendió al momento nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

O apartamento é igual ao anúncio, muito espaço e estava bem limpo. Conta com aquecimento de água a gás que garante um banho bem quente. O Juan é muito gentil e nos atendeu rapidamente em todas as demandas. Foi uma estadia muito boa e tranquila.

La casa muy linda, cómoda y el entorno excelente para actividades familiares y de relax. Hubo un pequeño problema con el calefón, pero es destacable la rapidez y amabilidad con que Eduardo lo resolvió. Le sugeriría equipar la casa con una lavadora con lo que estaría completa al 100%. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

Una casa con matices muy familiares. Suficiente espacio para alojarse en familia. Muchas amenidades al rededor. Casa moderna y limpia. Lo recomiendo.

parfait pour une escale d'un ou deux jours entre deux vols. assez loin du centre, mais possible de commander une voiture avec une application pour rejoindre le centre en 20/30 min. endroit sécurisé avec piscine, sauna, hammam, et petite supérette. merci

Liliana and her husband were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They were efficient at responding to questions and small issues. Liliana and her family met us at check in to show us their home. Their home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s far from the city (which means a tranquil, quiet, and safe gated community). The enclosed back yard was PERFECT for our two dogs. The back patio was bright and sunny and clothes we washed dried quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily prepared several meals. The neighborhood was very pleasant. We went out at night on several occasions to walk to the dogs or to run to the little market and we felt very safe. As soon as we made ourselves known to the gate guards we had no trouble going in and out of the condominium. A taxi to the city center will run you about 40bs and 30ish minutes. If you have the time and prefer to spend less, you can hop on the micro bus that runs in front of the community. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the city center, this place is perfect. Great community amenities, privacy, fast internet, dog-friendly. And Liliana and Benjamin were wonderfully accommodating! We will surely look for their place next time we travel through Santa Cruz with our pups! Highly recommend!
