We were extremely happy with the stay and quality of this Airbnb. Jorge was always willing to respond and the place was ready for us when we arrived. We felt safe and had plenty of Privacy. The walk to the Grocery store was very convenient and it’s close to good restaurants and malls. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking to stay in Santa Cruz.

Modern, new, well-serviced building. Somewhat wealthy green and safe neighborhood. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Suitable for short or long stays. Comfortable bedding, good-quality appliances. Good internet speed for Bolivia. Since it is new, some things I wished to be added, like a better stocked kitchen. I think in the future, this apartment will get even better.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. It is in the perfect location, quiet but still close to many restaurants. It has great amenities like the pool and the gym. The washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, and washer all work perfectly. The hosts were very helpful when we communicated with them. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we are in Santa Cruz.

Me hospedei pela segunda vez no apartamento de Rafael. Tudo perfeito, assim como foi da primeira vez. Apartamento com instalações novas e extremamente limpo! Rafael faz questão de nos atender da melhor maneira. Recomendo!
