Very complete house, close to the beach.

The house is on the corner of the condominium, which gives privacy, with a side balcony for exclusive use. The privileged location, about 100 meters from the beach, with a pedestrian walkway right in front. The ocean view is permanent. For those who like it, the kitchen is super-equipped, and you can buy good seafood at a fish market in Vila de Palmas. Barbecuing while looking at the sea is another good alternative. The condominium is all closed, offering security and tranquility.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet home. We offer all the facilities for a stay full of possibilities. In addition, it is very close to the sea, as well as restaurants, pizzerias, markets, fruit trees and various shops. Very close to the nature trails and walks on the dunes, from where you can see the Ingleses bay on one side and Santinho Beach on the other. In the morning you will be able to pick up with the fishermen a fresh fish for a healthy and tasty lunch.

The most private+scenic view on quiet south Florianopolis, new in the market and ready for reservations. Large house with gorgeous view to beach and swimming pool. Nice extensive deck, 4 bedrooms (two on top and two below, all with nice sea views), comfortable and stunning romantic views. 3 to 4 internal parking spaces. Our place is in front of the beach, perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.

It is a very comfortable house, with spacious and airy environments; close to numerous restaurants and supermarkets. All environments are air-conditioned. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites with Jacuzzi, king-size beds and orthopedic mattresses for up to 15 guests. It has a large party area with a barbecue grill and 5 private parking spaces. For events of up to 45 people, you can have access to the fire pit and tree house (hire separately)
