The house is very comfortable and has large spaces. The garden is beautiful, well taken care of, with a clean pool and surrounded by trees that make the environment even more pleasant. The property is quiet and is very well located. We had a great stay! The host was extremely attentive and polite, always ready to help us when needed.

The simple and super equipped house, there was toilet paper, mineral water in the fridge, towels, wipes, linens, blankets, soaps, room deodorant. The super equipped kitchen. And the little house is quite safe for being among other deptos.

Mauricio's apartment is as it appears in the photos. Since you come in, you feel right at home. It is spotless and super well equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: close to the lake center, with several shops and restaurants by hand, but on a quiet street, far from the noise. I would definitely stay here again!

Ricardo was very attentive and concerned about welcoming us. The apartment is very nice, well furnished and complete. I didn't understand, but the house has 3 bedrooms, an en-suite with a double bed and closets, a bedroom with a double bed and a dresser, and a third bedroom with a single bed and a closet. I highly recommend the apartment, we really like it!

Great stay, great value. Quiet place, contact with nature, even though it is so close to everything in Floripa. Fully clean and organized environment, super functional accommodation. The village has fully met our expectations. We went with a son and he had fun with the pets. All perfect in the 4 days we stayed.

Wonderful place, incredible experience, I will definitely be back, João, the neighbor responsible for the house, is a lovely person, making the stay even more pleasant, the waterfall near the house is beautiful, the lake in front makes the dawn a little piece of heaven, we got to know the guard beach of Embaú, and it was wonderful. We climbed the hill of Pedra Branca, an incredible experience. Super recommended, I'll be back soon

Our stay was great. It met our needs and expectations. Location, cleanliness and communication with Mahana were great. Very easy access to the lagoon. Lots of restaurants nearby. Supermarkets too. The super equipped kitchen. Cleaning supplies and basic necessities available. Very cozy room and great TV. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Plenty of hammocks, tables and chairs. We just need more structure to accommodate clothes. I recommend it!

It was like this with us, the house has a whole cosy air and whoever received us, his Márcio and Tânia were extremely helpful and gave us valuable tips, they are beings with such a beautiful energy, you want to keep chatting with them. The house is beautiful inside and out, the leisure area is a great plus, we made a delicious barbecue and I am a great lover of the network, there is.
