Vacation rentals with a sauna in Santa Catarina Island

The apartment is as described. Comfortable, quiet location and condominium with infrastructure. It has a full kitchen and sleeps 04 people well. We only had difficulty with the wifi network that was slow and didn't even load the Netflix app. Overall, the stay was a good one.

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, children's playroom and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant inside the condominium that also serves the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is quick and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a wine cellar, crystal glasses, 2 parking spaces and you can see the sea from the balcony. The internet works very well. We already want to go back.

Amazing apartment, oceanfront with views from every room. Much better than what the pictures show, very spacious comfortable, well equipped. The very safe place, with direct access to the beach, shower to get out sand and salt, security staff 24 hrs. Huge pool with very warm water, restaurant in the same place and temperate pool; everything perfect for getting the rest. Gabriel very attentive and friendly, from before arriving at the location, always responded very quickly and solved my problems. Extra quality sheets and towels, kitchen with everything you need. Simply perfect.

Equipped, clean and cozy apartment, great location in the lagoon, wonderful condominium with outdoor pool, private access to the lagoon and a very good indoor heated pool, there are other spaces that I do not know.

This is the second time we've stayed. Both the apartment and the complex are very nice. Leila's apartment has everything and more. The view is beautiful. Everything new and clean. The restaurant staff and food are excellent. Like the guys with the chairs and umbrellas. The staff at the front desk are very unfriendly and treat you very badly. Luckily, you only have to see it when you enter. We will definitely be back!

The whole stay was excellent. The apartment is perfect for the number of people we were and everything was super comfortable and completely against. As described or better. In reference to the complex: everything super quality, but it had too many restrictions what made the stay perhaps not quite pleasant due to the treatment of the workers of the complex. They always let you know that you were a visitor… you never finished feeling comfortable.

Great location in a secure and maintained residence. Direct access to surfers' beach is a plus as well as the pool. You can park the car at the foot of the apartment, which is very convenient. We also have access to beach gear (chairs, bodyboard boards). The bedding is excellent and it is very quiet for sleeping.

Beautiful complex to stay. Wish to know that there are basketball ring and a volley field to enjoy… but also great surprise! Careful with the insects that are common as a tropical weather! Nice pool !

Apartment exactly as photos, super clean, family condominium and very safe. Excellent location, close to market, pharmacy, restaurants (walking distance), and of course, the beach. We loved the holiday, communication with Thiago was also great.

We like the apartment very much, the condominium is great, well cared for and integrated with the landscape. The property has everything you need, even the Nespresso machine. The internet is fast and the TV in the living room is smart. Super-equipped kitchen and hosts respond quickly to any demand. Thanks for hosting and attention.

Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and very comfortable but above all, it is very well located to move to the different places. Adriano was always very attentive to the needs that arise.

We loved the days we spent in this house! The space exceeded our expectations... the house is spacious and cozy, with a beautiful patio. Everything was very clean and organized. The deck is not even to be mentioned... SPECTACULAR view. The balcony with a barbecue was where we had our meals. It gives direct access to the patio/deck and has a very large table, which we made even bigger by joining the dining room table. We loved the possibility of having meals overlooking the sea! Andrea is extremely kind, concerned about the well-being of the guests, as well as her host who, on time, did our check-in and check-out. Now, about Pinheira Beach... a WONDERFUL place For those who want to enjoy a calm sea, with family and children, it is perfect. Clean, warm water and very calm sea. A pool! The nearby trails are also wonderful. We intend to return to the accommodation!

Our stay at Patrick’s house was amazing! Very clean, great amenities, beautiful surroundings with loads of nature, and lovely swimming pool! Patrick and Rita were very welcoming and friendly! The gated community was really well kept and peaceful! I highly recommend and will definitely go back!

The beautiful place, quiet, beautiful grove with direct access to the beach. Gral service. impeccable! If you go with children you have plaza, pools, game room, soccer court, tennis. Tenes gym and sauna. The apartment is spotless! You have housekeeping service. When you go to the beach, you get the umbrella chairs. The truth WAS INCREDIBLE!!!
