Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sant Joan d'Alacant

Nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa,todo estaba muy limpio y no faltaba de nada , la urbanización es muy tranquila y las piscinas son una pasada , en general un 10 para pasar unos días de vacaciones ,gracias Ana por atendernos tan bien 😊

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

Très belle maison, confortable, bien aménagée et très agréable à vivre. Les pièces communes sont très spacieuses, lumineuses et avec une belle vue sur la terrasse, la piscine et la mer. Le jardin est bien entretenu, avec de magnifiques plantes et arbustes méditéranéens. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Todo genial! Estuvimos super cómodos y se portó super bien con nosotros, muy fácil la comunicación y muy agradable la estancia. A un pasito de la playa y una zona muy buena y familiar

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Sehr ruhige Lage was uns sehr gefallen hat. Grundstück mit dem Pool zusammen sehr schön angelegt. Toll ist auch die Garage da kamen unsere Motorräder gut unter. Super Umland egal ob zum Motorrad fahren oder zum Essen gehen alles da was braucht. Der Strand aber auch die Berge faszinieren. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gruß aus dem Saarland.

Fijne plek in een rustige lokale buurt in alicante. Makkelijk te lopen en leuke restaurants / bars in de omgeving NH. Het appartement is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De communicatie met Dalia is perfect verlopen.

Amazing property which exceeded our expectations. Both the check-in and check-out was very flexible and friendly. The villa is in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and hence a perfect getaway to relax and spend time along the pool. The house itself was very complete with lots of amenities. I look forward to come back and spend another weekend in the villa to recharge my batterie whilst enjoying the Spanish sun.

We were a group of 8 girls and spend a long weekend in this villa. The villa was amazing and absolutely stunning with the ocean view. It was well equiped and had everything you can think of. My girls and me fully enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect right at the beach an within a few minutes you can reach shops and restaurants. Märina is a great host and welcomed us so warmly. She also provided many recommendations and offered her help. Also the communication with Märina was so easy and she was very flexible. Thank you very much!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

logement correspondant à la description, belle vue ,grand balcon et logement trés bien équipé. Attention plus de 60 marches pour acceder à l'appartement. Difficultés à notre arrivée pour trouver le logement , notre appel téléphonique à Francisco est resté sans réponse . Quelques infos supplémentaires seraient nécessaires .

Albufereta is a lovely peaceful resort, amazing beach and great Tram service for travelling to other areas. 2 huge supermarkets, nice restaurants and cafes. Juan's apartment is fantastic with a huge balcony (very safe as enclosed by windows which you can open) looking directly onto the beach and sea. The apartment block, swimming pool, garden and tennis courts are immaculate and the apartment itself has everything you could possibly need and more. We were often the only people in the pool. It was perfect and we had a lovely holiday. Juan was great at communicating and was very flexible. Thanks Juan for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Great apartment, nicely and tastefully decorated. If you like beach holidays this is the place. Javier is a very nice and helpful host.

We were incredibly lucky to stay here for a week, few things that really stood out as exceptional were: Incredible host so friendly and helpful (lots of surprises won't spoil them, but on check out they even came to help with cases to car!) Stunning mountain views from 5th floor Comfy beds great large balcony Good WiFi Great modern 4k TV Exceptional high end appliances including Jura bean to cup ready to go! Wonderful stay, would absolutely come back.

Lily es la anfitriona perfecta: responde con rapidez, es cortés y sumamente amable y servicial. El apartamento está ubicado en forma ideal: literalmente frente a la playa, a quince minutos del centro de Alicante, con restaurantes y supermercado a pocos metros y con conexiones carreteras hacia múltiples pueblos y lugares de interés. Hemos estado en este apartamento hace seis años, hace tres alquilamos otro en Playa del Postiguet pero ahora hemos vuelto a Urbarelax por todos los atributos mencionados. Lily sabe relacionarse con sus huéspedes en forma cálida y con elevado sentido de la responsabilidad y comprensión. Nuestra experiencia en Urbarelax sigue siendo fantástica.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

We had an excellent stay at Birgitta’s home. The home is exactly as described and has everything you need to feel right at home: fully equipped kitchen, washmachine and even a dryer, comfortable beds and an amazing view outside. The outside living area features a small kitchen, fridge and freezer and all types of seats and sunbeds to enjoy the outside area both on the terrace and at the poolside. When it’s very windy or a bit chilly you can use the handrolled windshields to stay comfortable outside. Communications with Birgittw was flawless: fast and super helpful on everything. Coveta Fumá itself is not the most lively area so you need a car or take the tram (only a few mins walk from the house!) to get to eg Villajoiosa or el Campello/San Juan beach. We would definately recommend!!

We can’t thank Bogdan enough! From start to finish, the communication has been amazing! He was responsive and helpful and willing to go above and beyond! The villa is brilliant, absolutely perfect for families, we went as 2 families of 4, all 8 of us were impressed! The kids absolutely loved the garden and also loved the many kids toys inside the villa. Everything we needed was there on arrival, even down to the little things that people usually forget such as pool floaties, tin foil and bin liners, plates for the kids, cooking oil and seasonings! So many handy little things that definitely came in useful! Really recommend Butterfly Villa to all, and a massive THANK YOU again for all Bogdan done! Amazing stay!

Beautiful home, great pool. Quiet neighbourhood but only 2 minutes drive to shops, bars, restaurants. Spacious home, with plenty of dishes, utensils etc. Lots of seating inside and out, sunbeds, beach towels. Couldn't fault it. No hesitation in recommending, would def stay here again.

Estefania is a wonderful host. Excellent communication. A beautiful villa in a quaint family neighborhood. 5 mins to tram, easy to get to Alicante or walking distance to local restaurants and beautiful Playa San Juan. Estefania even left us a beautiful basket of fresh fruits and a variety of coffee upon our arrival - very sweet and generous. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Muchas Gracias!

We had the best time staying at the villa! From the moment we arrived, Kevin was incredibly accommodating with our arrival times and just a super cool, welcoming host. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The garden is stunning, and we really appreciated the grill. The quality and attention to detail throughout the villa were truly excellent. There were eight of us, but the space is so well designed that we all had our own areas to relax, as well as plenty of room to come together. It felt both spacious and cozy, with the perfect setup for a group getaway. We would absolutely come back in the future and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a special stay. Big thanks to Kevin and the owners for creating such a wonderful place!

Spacious villa in a quiet area. We had a great time. Some small issues, but the host responded quickly and fixed everything ASAP. We had a great time. Walking distance to golf course with restaurants and supermarket, but recommend other guests to have a car or electric bike for the possibility to move around in the area.
