The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

Magnificent townhouse recently renovated. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. High ceilings with the typical "Catalan vault", interior courtyard, original woodwork, exposed brick and stone walls, parquet floors and hydraulic mosaics. All rooms enjoy natural light all day. The kitchen is modern, with all the necessary appliances. The double room has a 160x190cm bed and the other room has two 90x200cm single beds (trundle bed)
