Beautiful seafront apartment with views. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living-dining room with exit to the terrace, and well equipped kitchen. The flat has heating, air conditioning, smart tv and high speed wifi, and includes reserved parking. The location in Costa Brava is unbeatable, between Sant Feliu de Guíxols and S'Agaró, a 5 minutes walk from charming coves such as Cala Ametller and Sant Pol beach, and about a 5 minutes drive from the commercial area of Playa de Aro.

Recently decorated, Casa Trachsler features an elegant living room with fireplace, large terrace, high ceilings, and an absolutely stunning garden and mountain view. Magnificent townhouse recently renovated. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach. High ceilings with the typical "Catalan vault", interior courtyard, original woodwork, exposed brick and stone walls, parquet floors and hydraulic mosaics. All rooms enjoy natural light all day. The kitchen is modern, with all the necessary appliances. The double room has a 160x190cm bed and the other room has two 90x200cm single beds (trundle bed)
