I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. we've been there for a few days and the truth is that everything is phenomenal quiet area the pool is a short walk from the apartment private development with you private plaza tmb the beach two minutes by car and easy parking José Luis is very friendly and we felt at home very comfortable beds and the apartment is very cool, just like the pictures the ideal outdoor terrace to be quiet by having something or eating ... thank you José luis, it's a pleasure to have spent a few days in your house❤️

Sarah and Neil’s apartment was great! Well equipped, clean and a fabulous terrace! The location was great for us - close to all beaches, restaurants and shops but quiet - perfect! It’s a great location between the two main beaches and areas of activity in Calpe. Sarah and Neil were great hosts… instructions clear and easy to follow and communication outstanding - proactive and super quick. Helped us on bike hire and airport connections too. Really grateful you could accommodate our later check in due to a flight delay - and we were still met and greeted and shown around - thank you! We hope to return to this lovely find ☀️🌅😊

Had a great week and fantastic views! Communication was very nice, got an immediate answer. The only downside was that we couldn't use the washing machine.

The apartment is very close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to the Buhsal stop. The tram is 15 minutes away. The apartment was very clean, unfortunately at that time it sometimes smelled like sewage in the entire neighborhood. Some of this could also be perceived in the apartment. The living/dinning area is large, all technical devices work and are provided with instructions.

Stay in the accommodation excellent and beachfront as described. The treatment of the hostess implecable and the accommodation is great. We would definitely repeat more times.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

We were very comfortable. Comfortable, quiet apartment and ideal for going with little ones. The access to the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the park… a tipzo. Maybe the sofa and the big bed could be a more comfortable pelin, but it is compensated with everything else. The host, Carmen, a sweetheart. Very attentive to everything and answered immediately, very close and made us feel very comfortable. We will certainly love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

The accommodation, as it appears in the listing, and Teresa attended us at all times with kindness and speed. He was in touch during our stay, in case we needed anything else. We will definitely repeat when we come back in the Denia area.

We loved our stay at Jorge's place. Despite arriving a little late to meet us, he went above and beyond, driving us to a supermarket for our first shop and getting the whole family to help carry the shopping in. We didn't have a car, but this wasn't a problem at all after the first shop. The beach is 2 mins from the flat, sandy, with a café and sunbeds. The town is a 20 min walk away, the nearest small supermarket 10 mins walk away. Restaurants are everywhere, just wander into town and you're spoilt for choice. The pool was gorgeous, often empty and surrounded by lush flowers, so it was like a little shady oasis away from the harsh 32 degree heat. The balcony was lovely, looking over the pool, and quiet apart from the cicadas and the occasional swimmer. The only downside my friends pointed out was that only one room had air con - the bedrooms all have fans which I found to be fine and very effective keeping me cool at night, but we were there in a heatwave. I totally recommend.
