I had a comfortable stay at John's place. John was responsive to any queries, the apartment was well equipped and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending booking.

Great and the best I've been able to find in terms of quality/price. The only downside is the garage wasn't in the building but at least it had, so great.

We loved the place. The apartment is very complete and the view of the place is beautiful. We spent three perfect days. Despite not renting a vehicle, we were able to wander around and enjoy the beaches. Roy's service is a 10.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

We were very warmly received and were able to communicate well with each other thanks to a translation program. We got a lot of great tips for discovering València. Because there was also an office, it was easy to do our own thing with 3 adults all at times, such as meeting online. We'd love to come back.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

We were absolutely thrilled to stay at this home in Valencia — from the moment we walked in, it felt like a true home away from home. The atmosphere was cozy, calm, and very safe, which made it incredibly easy to settle in and relax. The apartment itself is beautiful — bright, spacious, and completely barrier-free. It’s perfectly suited for any kind of guest, including families or individuals with special needs. Everything inside was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with all the essentials we could possibly need. The location was another big plus — just a 15-minute walk to the gorgeous city center. We really enjoyed being close to everything while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day. A special shoutout to the apartment assistant, who gave us the warmest welcome. He took the time to show us how everything worked, explained the public transport options, and gave us a few tips. Big thanks 😊

We have experienced two beautiful weeks. Everything was clean and conveniently furnished. It would have had a feel-good character. Having breakfast on the patio and dinner a few times was just super nice with this amazing view. The area is quiet and there are plenty of opportunities for hiking. Magali was always there. Thank you Erlinde for the welcome gift and for letting us being your guests.

The apartment was in a vibrant part of the old city. Restaurants, shops and historic sights were all close by. It is also close to the park where you can bike for miles, walk or picnic. Anne Marie is very easy to communicate with and is readily available to answer questions and provide assistance.

We stayed at this B&B in Cullera and the experience was excellent. The apartment was impeccably clean, everything was very new and cared for in detail. The location is unbeatable, one step away from the beach and the promenade. The house was equipped with everything you need, both in terms of utensils and basics (salt, oil, coffee, etc.), which is very much appreciated. In addition, the towels, sheets and the house smelled great, which shows the attention to cleanliness and comfort. We were very comfortable, it is definitely a place we would go back to. Highly recommended.

Nice appartment close to the centre of Oliva and 1km from the beach

I stayed at Oscar’s apartment for a week with two of my friends, and we had a great experience. Oscar was a great communicator, he responded quickly and shared helpful tips throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a great layout that would work well even for a larger group. The location in the Ruzafa area was excellent, surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants, cafés, bars, and both food and vintage shops. The local market hall was also nearby. It was an easy walk to both the city center and the park. We would absolutely stay at Oscar’s place again!

Unfortunately we didn’t have much time at the apartment as we arrived late and had to leave early. We stayed just one night and for that purpose it was ideal. Everything worked and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is situated in Denia near the bus station and weekly market. It is a short walk to the main town.

Without question, the best accommodation we have ever stayed in which made for a perfect family holiday. Walkable to Denia but we got taxis for convenience and speed after fun packed days. Lift access from the secure basement parking was great. Our daughter braved the pool which I suspect will be more appealing in the warmer months. Absolutely spotless and incredibly well presented, our expectations were exceeded and with the extra we paid for the hot tub, it was worth every penny. The views were incredible in all directions. Everything screams high end and you can see no expense has been spared in delivering such lovely accommodation. For a couple of cosy family nights in front of the telly, we lapped up the cinema style experience with the huge TV and sound system. A couple of minor niggles cropped up which were dealt with extremely quickly and professionally by Jordi personally, a lovely guy, and his amazing team. Would we book again? 100%. Thanks again Jordi and team.

A cozily recently renovated studio, located on the ground floor and certainly don't let this stop you. Plenty of private and good soundproof windows keep the city noise out. A few meters from a bike rental, various dining locations for all times of the day, supermarkets as well as a mercado are all nearby.

This location and the quality of the apartment was hard to beat! We felt at home, the place was clean, walkable to nearby amenities, and seemed to be a relatively safe area. We had a great week at the apartment and the host was timely and helpful in response to certain questions. I would recommend this place to anyone from any walk of life.

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs over the years, but this one truly stands out. Maria is by far the most thoughtful and generous host I’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us warmly and gave us a detailed walkthrough of the apartment. The space was spotless and located perfectly just steps away from all the main attractions. Despite our late arrival at 9 PM, Maria went out of her way to book us a dinner reservation at a fantastic Italian restaurant. She also prepared a customized itinerary for our stay, including kid-friendly activities, which made our trip more enjoyable. During checkout, we realized our son had likely thrown the TV remote in the trash while playing, and we couldn’t find it anywhere. Maria was incredibly kind and refused to accept any payment for it - her warmth and understanding truly made us feel like family. This stay was more than just accommodation; it was a memorable experience made special by a host who genuinely cares. Thank you, Maria!

Excellent apartment in Las Rotas equipped with all amenities. The apartment is modern and comfortable and everything was very clean. Very good views and in general a very nice place, in an urbanization with swimming pool, tennis court and ping pong. We were very comfortable at ease at all times. Paula was very nice and waited for us to pick up the keys. We'll be back!
