Magnificent location, 45 minutes from Barcelona, surrounded by 3 Natural Parks, 15 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from motorcycle circuits. There's a train station nearby. The area has horse riding, padel courts and running and cycling trails.

Sunny apartment in first sea line. It has a 21 m2 terrace facing south. With 270º direct views over the beach, much of the coast and mountains. Located north of the metropolis of Barcelona. 45 minutes from Catalonia Square and 60 minutes from the Fira de Barcelona and the MWC. Halfway on the Costa Brava. Restaurants open all seasons. All kinds of means of transport: Train and Bus Live 2 minutes in the center of Barcelona in 7 minutes. Delta del Ebre and the Pyrenees are not far away.

Perfect quiet place to relax or/and work. Comfortable chalet in Montnegre totally renovated with swimming pool in summer. There are walks to do from the house, and the sea is not far away. This chalet is on the other side of a hill, far from any pollution. The stations of San Celoni and Llinars are less than 10 minutes by car, just like the highway. Very free good Wifi connection. Spacious parking. Pets allowed
