We had an incredible stay at Richard’s apartment in Villefranche. The view from the terrace… jaw dropping! From the moment we booked, Richard was beyond helpful and responsive. The apartment was stunning and had everything you could ever need - we can’t wait to return! Thanks Richard 😀

We really enjoyed our stay at Audrey’s place. She was also immediately responsive to any questions we had. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was our only critique of the stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for walkability to Old Town and the train station.

We absolutely loved this apartment in the old town of Nice. The location was PERFECT! No scooters or motorcycles allowed in the old town and it felt so safe for our kiddos to walk around. Delicious restaurants and ice cream just down stairs and the most amazing park just around the corner. So central and easily walkable and safe! The unit had everything you could need and our kids loved the decor and light fixtures (and asked me to buy some for them at home). The unit is on the 3rd floor and no lift (which is very clear in the listing). It’s an old building and a bit creaky and not silent in the surrounding area, but earplugs were provided and honestly it didn’t bother us at all. But if you are expecting a silent area this might not be for you. We absolutely loved Alex’s place and hope to come back

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. Thank you Renaud!!!

Nathalie was very responsive, and had great communication throughout. The apartment was clean, with some cupboards locked with private items inside. Great location, within walking distance to Monaco.

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

If you enjoy small French towns near the sea, this is a great place to stay. It is quiet with easy access to the beach, restaurants, train station, buses and close to Monte Carlo, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice. Nina is very responsive and helpful. The parking situation is extremely TIGHT, but definitely nice to have and an added bonus in the South of France. Everything you need is in the apartment and there were some unexpected goodies that were extremely helpful to find...shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We did not cook there, but there were plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, etc. The apartment would sleep 4 comfortably. We had a wonderful stay!

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

Erwin and Liliane were extremely welcoming, kind I trusted the other reviews and I was right, they took care of us all week. We couldn't think of a better way, an AirBnb welcome as it's hard to find today An incredible view of the mountains and sea, I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again to them

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. location is great, short walk to beaches, wonderful bakery and restaurants. Place was quiet, private and included all that we need - cooking, laundry, wifi, comfy bed, etc. Things to note - parking is a few blocks away, path leading to unit has stairs, and mosquitos in the garden area during our stay - perhaps not a year round issue. Overall, the place really grew on us and we would definitely stay again. Host was accessible and pleasant. Recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway from the big crowds of Nice. It's close enough to get in the action if you want, but a nice reprieve.

We had a great stay at Josef’s place, he was a lovely host and very responsive! The location is good, easy to walk to restaurants and pretty close to the train station also! The one drawback to the apartment was that a neighbor’s cigarette smoke can be smelled in the apartment at times- if you are sensitive to the smell this might not be the best fit. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped!

We highly recommend Laurent and Eun-Sil's accommodation. It is very well located (very close to Monaco train station), ideal for visiting the principality and enjoying the beaches and seaside trails nearby. The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Laurent and Eun-Sil provide many tips about good restaurants and activities to discover/do in the area.

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

A Wonderful Stay in Nice! Our experience at Melina’s apartment was fantastic from start to finish. Melina’s communication was top-notch—she reached out before, during, and even after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which it absolutely did. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, with a fully stocked kitchen that made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Nice. The interior was not only clean but also stylish—think sleek, modern, and swanky! Melina’s attention to detail in decor and appliances was impressive. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially as this was the second leg of our trip and we packed light. The building’s fast elevator was convenient, but we also enjoyed the charming staircase. We’re already planning our next visit! Thank you, Melina, for a truly memorable stay.

the stay at stephane's house was really pleasant, comfortable home and equipped with everything you need, conveniently located for supermarkets and restaurants, I highly recommend it.

Impeccable accommodation and bedding, modern and spacious interior. Very well located for visiting Monaco. Very pleasant and proactive hotesse. Check-in and check-out (lockbox) As often in Monaco, no parking space. We left the car at the Indigo parking lot next to beausoleil Town Hall. Think about the weekly fee of 74euros, which is profitable from 3 days of parking. Be careful, take it beforehand because after that it's too late. Very busy street during the day but quiet at night.
