The 64m² holiday flat with a lake view is located in the vicinity of the leisure center. The ski lifts and a toboggan run are within 80m. A swimming lake, beach volleyball and basketball court and outdoor fitness equipment are located directly in front of the house. A few steps away: a Kneipp pool with a barefoot path, an indoor pool with a sauna (closed April-August), an ice rink with a skating rink, a bocce court, a mini golf course (May-October), a tennis court, and a children's playground.

My place is close to forest, meadows, pond, ice rink, ski lift, indoor pool with sauna. You'll love my place because of the coziness, wooden floors, Feng Shui bed 160 × 200, bathtub, shower. Smoke, geopathy, electromagnetic pollution and perfume-free! My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

On the ground floor there is the open kitchen, the adjoining living and dining room, a bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200) and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and bathtub and three more bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a single bed (90 x 200), one has a smaller double bed (140 x 200) and one has a double bed (200 x 200).

No pets allowed. Tourist tax is charged extra on site and must be paid in CASH. Per day 1 adult €3.50 and 1 child from 7-12 years €1.60.
