Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). The cooking facilities on the brand new wood-burning stove are limited due to the sloping roof. There is a small electric hotplate. Dishes, coffee maker (Nespresso capsules) and kettle are provided.

The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs. The city park (Japanese garden) next to the outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away.

The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, aquatic insects, a spawning ground for numerous frogs and a summer meeting place for locals and their guests. The chalet/wooden house with a large roof overhang, winter garden and balcony facing the pond provides 65m² in 3.5 rooms. The property with 1000 m² west slope is sun-drenched. To the south, there is a view of the Alps.
