The mountain landscape around Hinterzarten is characterized by dense forests, wide meadows, clear mountain lakes and a mysterious high moor with hiking trails and a golf course. In winter, a cross-country ski network with floodlit runs and a natural ice rink beckon.

Overlooking the mountain, the holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Ursel in Todtmoos impresses guests with its fantastic views.
