Quiet guesthouse in romantic surroundings!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Schwarzwaldhaus Schönbühl, in addition to its ideal location, with views over the climatic spa town of Todtmoos and the pilgrimage church, offers a unique feel-good atmosphere. Our apartment (about 50 square meters) is located on the edge of the small village of Geschwend, in the Todtnau holiday region. Geschwend has about 450 inhabitants. The place is good for 2-4 people. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). It includes a bedroom with built-in double bed (size 1.60 × 1.85), as well as a pull-out sofa bed in the living area (1.60 × 2.00). THE HIGH BLACK FOREST CARD IS INCLUDED WITH US!

Pfaffenberg is a small village located 700 above sea level above the meadow valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our south-facing Black Forest house offers up to five guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows for a variety of cultural and sporting recreational opportunities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from close and far.

Nature experiences - activities close to nature and culture

The house is situated in a spacious scattered settlement, the distance to the nearest house is about 50 meters. Apart from the guests, I live as a host in the house, the permanently rented apartment in the attic has a separate entrance from the outside. Guest access is at the bottom floor. Me as a host use the extra entrance in the basement.

The open apartment in Bad Säckingen is directly located on the Swiss border and close to Basel (40 km) and Zurich (45 km). It is an ideal retreat for tourist trips or business stays in the Black Forest. The price does not include the tourist tax (2,50 € per person & night).
