Vacation rentals with a patio in Sandwich

what a delightful place to stay, simply stunning and homely. Ever detail and need catered for, in such peaceful surroundings. We loved the the courtyard with the beautiful plants and lighting and the bed was so comfortable with soft sheets. We love to cook so the kitchen was a dream all utensils were well thought out and well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and glassware. We walked on the beach every day, which is only 5 minutes away and made our way into Broadstairs and Margate, lots of amazing restaurants too. The perfect place - highly recommend !!

The flat is well equipped and you have everything you need also for a longer stay. The terrace could be a bit nicer as the garden is not suitable for a dog. It is close to the long coastline where you can go for lovely walks or runs. Grocery shops are also nearby. The street is not the nicest but there are a few nice places nearby.

Prima uitvalsbasis om te fietsen langs het strand maar ook in het binnenland. Bridget is een fijne gastvrouw reageerde snel na een bericht. Pretty much everything about Michelle’s place exceeding expectations - the location is fantastic, we loved her style and we had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. Particularly to note the wonderful shower - lots of hot water and good water pressure particularly important when travelling with children and staying within spitting distance of so much sand! The only problem was that one night wasn’t long enough - we won’t make that mistake next time. I really can’t believe how low the cost is of this place - half of what other properties like this charge. 10 out of 5 for value for money. Thank you so much for such a great seaside escape, can’t wait to come back.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

Was here for 3 nights and the place was perfect for a short stay, felt private and was great to get to and around town. There's parking which is helpful and the self check-in was easy. The place was clean, tall ceilings also help the place feel more spacious. The place itself is bright and the living room and bedroom both come with TVs that helped keep the quieter hours pass by a little quicker. All in all, was just as described and was a pleasure to stay at Christopher's, would happily come back.

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

Amazing stay! The Airbnb is perfect for a family with kids, super clean and so well stocked. Nick is a brilliant host- we highly recommend!

Beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. Good for the dog, enclosed back garden. Parking on the street outside the house was easy. Close to Mermaid pub and Tadpole cafe/farmshop and bakery. Everything you need for a holiday in East Kent

Loved this charming, very clean and light filled home with a small and very pretty outdoor space. Well located, just a few minutes walk to the beach or to the high st with its lovely array of cafes, pubs and interesting boutiques. Katie was terrific and made check in very easy for us. Highly recommend.

Dat het echtpaar Emily en Simon super host status hebben is terecht. Een leuk spontaan stel die je snel welkom op je gemak laten voelen! De accommodatie is schoon, praktisch, functioneel en een uitgebreide keuken met vaatwasser is echt top. Wij hebben in de buurt dag wandelingen gedaan. De accommodatie leende zich perfect als uitvalbasis na een lange wandeling.

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A very convenient location for the attractions of Folkestone: with James' help, there was always available on-street parking at no cost. The apartment is functional and attractive, which is rather how I would like myself to be described by my wife. Everything worked as expected, and not being distracted by TV sets all over the place worked as a relaxing novelty.

Great little flat within easy walk to everything such as seafront, Turner Gallery, cafes, bars & great little crab museum 🦀 Comfy bed, nice linen & toiletries. A lovely base to explore Margate.

We loved the flat especially being able to see the sea from the kitchen, lounge and the top lounge & roof terrace. Being right in the town means you're close to everything- Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes & the beach.

We had a lovely stay in Deal. The place is very clean and had everything we needed. We were left some bread, milk, butter and jam which was nice and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Communication was excellent and kept us to date with things we needed to know. Highly recommended!

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)

The highlight of the apartment was certainly the beautiful view, we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, even has vinegar if you bring some fish & chips home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full sized hairdryer. All very appreciated. The path in front is easy to get to Margate from, we found the path down along the beach to be less windy and more enjoyable. Tiarrah's Pizza bar is close by and does fantastic pizzas and cocktails. I slept amazingly well too. We were offered an early check-in too which allowed us to get more time on holiday. thanks!
