Vacation rentals with a patio in Sandwich

what a delightful place to stay, simply stunning and homely. Ever detail and need catered for, in such peaceful surroundings. We loved the the courtyard with the beautiful plants and lighting and the bed was so comfortable with soft sheets. We love to cook so the kitchen was a dream all utensils were well thought out and well stocked with pots, pans, crockery and glassware. We walked on the beach every day, which is only 5 minutes away and made our way into Broadstairs and Margate, lots of amazing restaurants too. The perfect place - highly recommend !!

My first time down romney sands with my girlfriend. We both loved the location of shingle bay 11 and it was really peaceful location of the hoilday park. Julie was an execellent host and couldnt fault her. She and scott came out to sort out the tv in the bedroom for us. Im defo going to book shingle bay 11 in the future hoilday. Also you looking for a peaceful hoilday shingle bay 11 is the place for you.

We had a nice cozy stay in little poppy, everything present, lots of privacy in a cute garden where the sun is all day. Excellent base for cycling along the beach but also inland. Bridget is a nice hostess responded quickly after a message. Thanks for everything, a good start to our journey through England

My partner and I had a lovely one night stay here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The interior was even better than the photos show, was spacious and the bath tub itself is a huge selling point. It is located only a few minutes walk from the beach with lots of shops and restaurants near by. There is only on street parking and we did have to drive around when we first got there to find a space to park but wasn’t a big issue. Self check in was super easy and good communication. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again. Thank you!! :)

if I could give them 6 stars I would. amazing hosts beautiful chalet. exactly as described. plus point the lovely pub next door does phenomenal food with huge portions. fantastic communication . definitely our favourite air b and b hands down.

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

Great location for the station and town- a short walk to main attractions. Great comfortable and stylish place with view onto the beach. Would definitely recommend for 2/3 couples or friends. Easy to find and communicate with hosts - thanks for a great stay!

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

Lovely little cottage ideal for the three of us (plus the dog)! It was well looked after, very clean and comfortable with all basic essentials, plus a few bonus extras which many Airbnb's don’t always have (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and complimentary biscuits). We loved playing the Logo board game that we found hidden in the cupboard whilst enjoying the sunshine in the garden. Thank you!

A fantastic stay! The holiday home was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed and more. Thoughtfully stocked, spotless, and super comfortable. Great for families with small children- so many toys! Highly recommended

Loved this charming, very clean and light filled home with a small and very pretty outdoor space. Well located, just a few minutes walk to the beach or to the high st with its lovely array of cafes, pubs and interesting boutiques. Katie was terrific and made check in very easy for us. Highly recommend.

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Palm Lobster. Well located, visually striking, comfortable and luxurious, James has really hit everything you would hope for in an Airbnb. Helpful little notes around the place ensure you're feeling supported and a welcome hamper left in the kitchen was a really lovely surprise. Perfect location if you want to walk the zigzag cliffs down to the beach, or head into town for a stroll around the shops and harbour. Hope to be back soon!

Great little flat within easy walk to everything such as seafront, Turner Gallery, cafes, bars & great little crab museum 🦀 Comfy bed, nice linen & toiletries. A lovely base to explore Margate.

We had a lovely stay in Deal. The place is very clean and had everything we needed. We were left some bread, milk, butter and jam which was nice and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Communication was excellent and kept us to date with things we needed to know. Highly recommended!

We had wonderful stay at Simon and Laura’s apartment. The place was clean and felt really homely. We were able to walk into town for bars and restaurants, but there is also a few coffee shops and cafes at the end of the road which was useful. Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you :)

The highlight of the apartment was certainly the beautiful view, we enjoyed watching the boats go by. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, even has vinegar if you bring some fish & chips home! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a full sized hairdryer. All very appreciated. The path in front is easy to get to Margate from, we found the path down along the beach to be less windy and more enjoyable. Tiarrah's Pizza bar is close by and does fantastic pizzas and cocktails. I slept amazingly well too. We were offered an early check-in too which allowed us to get more time on holiday. thanks!

We had a great stay at Fiona's place, and she was very responsive to any issues we had. The flat itself is lovely, and a fab location for walking along the beach and close to all that Broadstairs has to offer. Would highly recommend.
