The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a quiet location for exploring Margate and the surrounding area. It had everything we needed (and more) and it was very comfortable. We came by train and it was an easy walk from the station though there were lots of taxis available too, bus services were easy to use with stops just up the road. All in all we had a brilliant time, it truly felt like home from home - we’ll definitely be back!

Peter was a great, friendly host. He sent a video ahead of time showing where to park (very helpful). The place has a view of Canterbury Cathedral tower right out the living room window, and we loved hearing the bells. It was a surprisingly spacious place right in the hear of Canterbury. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral, the Abbey, and St. Martin's church (and all of city center). Peter was very quick to respond to any issues we had, and we enjoyed talking with him! Thanks so much.

What a great place Kay, beautifully laid out, with artistic style. I especially liked the antique crates housing the films and the books. We loved the bedrooms too and the wooden beams, such a perfect place for me! We were right in the middle of Deal and loved that. We had a lovely minibreak here with our kids. The house has a cosy period property feel and a well equipped kitchen. We loved how close the house is to the beach and the shops and restaurants in town. Natasha shared a helpful online guidebook ahead of our stay which helped us plan ahead where we wanted to eat out and even buy ice cream!

What a wonderful time we’ve just had in Rob’s beautiful beachside apartment. It certainly had the WOW factor with gorgeous furnishings, fabulous balcony and amazing views. The location was spot on, being located along the quieter end of the beach but still within easy walking distance to some cool bars and restaurants. We visited the bus cafe and beach bar with DJ set a stones throw from the property, along with the Fez bar, Bottega Caruso and the Micro brewery further into the town. The Turner Gallery, crab museum and TKE (all free) were great too. The communication with Rob and Fila was very pleasant and super efficient! We hope to return!

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

The house was great. Allister was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries. The attention to detail in the house is wonderful, really well done, quirky with thoughtful detail. Coffee machines are provided in every room with tea and coffee pods provided. There were 10 of us staying and the house suited us very well. We knew to expect that the dining area was small and could only accommodate 8 comfortably but we made it work. The heated gazebo outside seated all of us comfortably. It’s a shame the pub next door is currently closed as we were expecting to make use of that. We walked into both Canterbury and Whitstable, both were lovely walks and would recommend. Lastly, the purpose built spa on site was lovely. A great space for chilling out and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Claire and her family’s home is a jewel on the Cliff of St. Margaret’s Bay. Modern, open floor plan, pristinely clean, with the most comfortable beds, this listing is a true gem in one of the most beautiful locations in all of England. Enjoy the hot tub, eat peacefully in the kitchen while looking out on the English Channel or simply sit outside on the terrace to enjoy the healthy sea air. I highly recommend this listing but I ask those looking to book to please respect their home so I can come back to the exact same experience. Claire is very responsive and such a joy to communicate with!

The accommodation was great, clean, spacious and comfortable. Little extras like dressing gowns and slippers and a welcome cake and Prosecco. Great location, less than minute walk to the Pig, lots within at 15 min drive! We had a great stay, thank you.

Karen not only provided a lovely welcome basket, but every little essential needed for a comfortable stay. The home was beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, excellent shower and a very well appointed kitchen. You felt right at home. The town, beach, restaurants and coffee shops were a short stroll away as was public transport for exploring towns around the area. We had a lovely stay definitely 5+stars. Thanks Karen

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

The location is fantastic.. easily accessible to great shops & restaurants. Julia’s recommendations were much appreciated. Angela’s & Dory’s were excellent. Most importantly.. Julia’s place was cleaned to a high standard.. we highly recommend to anyone interested in booking.

A lovely seafront apartment, clean, tidy and well appointed. After a snag with the code with check in it was a lovely stay and I’d recommend Kirstys place, particularly if you like to wake up to the sound of the sea.

Highly recommend Jiten and Kathryns’s place. Very good location near the old town and the flat itself is clean, well decorated and a pleasure to stay. Jiten and Kathryn were very easy and straightforward to communicate with and made our stay very relaxed.

It was a privilege to stay in Teresa’s lovely seaside flat. From the moment I walked in the door of this bright, cozy and beautifully decorated flat it felt like I was entering someone’s home, not a typical rental unit. It was clean, well outfitted and decorated, with the most incredible view of the sea. I would most definitely recommend and hope to return myself on future visits. Thank you, Teresa!
