Sitting room has a queen Murphy bed, coffee and wine bar with microwave, mini refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee and tea supplied), and dishes, utensils. Bathroom is Jack and Jill style w/ 2 vanities and standing shower.

Little House Among The Trees

My Partner and I offer this 500 sq foot Solar house. It's self contained, secluded, quiet and secure. There are 5 dogs in the Main house but they use a doggie door to come and go. You might see them wandering the property but they have never been in the little house so if you have any allergies this should not be an issue for you. The hens and ducks are fenced on the back of the property. PLEASE --- Send (with words) a Check-In "Time" with your FIRST communication.

Slightly cooler for the altitude, our place is a respite from the heat but only 10 to 30 minutes from everything in the city. Conveniently located near trails, the tram, and the balloon fiesta. A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.
