Vacation rentals with a kayak in Sand Lake

I spent the weekend at their cabin and really enjoyed the stay. Did some cooking in their kitchen and they had every kitchen utensil I needed to make a quality 3 course meal. Would definitely stay again.

This home was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood near a lake. The house was clean, mattresses were very comfortable with plenty of pillows which is very important to me! Being pet friendly and having the dog park right across the street is so convenient!! Not sure how many people stay with pets but again, the house was clean with NO pet odors or pet hair to be found. Reisa was very friendly, also prompt in answering a couple of questions the morning of our arrival. Kitchen seemed well stocked with utensils and such although we didn’t need to use much of it. We will definitely check availability of this home next time we’re in the area and need lodging.

Sarah's place matched our needs. We had 8 people staying for 4 days and going ATVing. The house is on the trail and only 1/2 mile away from a gas station which is convenient. The house was plenty big enough for 8 people. Any questions I had, Sarah answered within 15 minutes. Very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious home. The kitchen was nicely set up with every appliance/gadget we needed. The area is very serene but close to town. My favorite thing about the home is that there is plenty of space to gather together while also offering space for some alone time. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! We even had poor weather and still had a wonderful time. The place has everything you could possibly need for a fun cabin weekend and a great beach/lake. Walkable to town.

Great clean lake front stay in beautiful shell lake! End of dock is 4-5+ feet deep so plenty deep for a boat!

Jonathan was very responsive and helpful. He had no issues with accommodating an early check-in. The house is comfortable for a smaller group, right on the lake with a dock available. It’s a great house if you want to spend most of the time on the lake, but it has little backyard or front yard. The views are great and overall very nice neighborhood.

Perfect place for our quick mini-moon getaway. Nice and cozy on a quiet part of the lake, where I was able to fish off the dock (caught a few including a bass and a northern) while my wife and dog watched while reading a book from the comfy outdoor lounge chairs. The house had everything we needed to cook a few meals and a nice coffee maker for our morning coffee and tea. The house was also extremely clean and everything was in working order. Hayward itself had plenty to do, despite us being about a week early for most of the summer activities. Donna was a very easy host to work with. She reached out prior to our trip with instructions for check-in. She also proactively reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly. We would highly recommend a stay here if you’re looking for a very nice, dog friendly, stay on the lake.

The house was super clean, exactly as described. Peaceful, quiet area. The beach areas were very nice and we had them to ourselves basically. The golf course was great and the PAR3 course was great for the kids to try. Caught tons of fish straight from the shore, the club house is walkable, overall it was great, would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the welcoming by hosts, coziness, peaceful and private location near Half Moon lake. Beautiful sunsets, night sky, and nearby hiking trails we explored. Provides necessary amenities for a very enjoyable stay! Look forward to booking again.

From the moment I booked, the owners messaged me and when we got onsite we were welcomed with a beautiful note and local Wisconsin beer! It was a beautiful relaxing weekend!

Stacy’s place was cute and cozy for our five person group. We especially loved the assortment of games and puzzles that were available and the family history of the cabin!

The weather was warm enough this time where we got to enjoy smores on the campfire and sat on the dock to watch the beautiful northern lights play across the sky. My husband and two boys came here to visit. The inside was everything you could need with lots of sleeping arrangements. The outside was phenomenal. Large outdoor area, two docks, close to boat ramp, lots of off the doc fishing. the kitchen was well stocked. We were fortunate to have great weather, but they had other things to do in town in case the weather was bad. Aimee was very responsive. We have never visited an AirBNB twice because we like to try new things, but we would absolutely come back here.

Very cozy cabin on a beautiful lake! Deb was very helpful and the cabin had a lot of amenities- boathouse, floating dock, floaties, games, etc.!

My family & I had a magical winter getaway here! Our 4 & 6 year old have already requested that we come back in the summer! Kirby was so kind and left 2 sleds for us to use, & even some extra snowpants should we need them! We enjoyed sledding down the hill, walking out to the frozen lake, sitting by the woodburning stove watching the snow fall, & snuggling by the fireplace inside. It is so spacious w/ plenty of room for all! Our kiddos loved their bunkbed room, & enjoyed playing w/ the Legos & video games that were provided! We all enjoyed the huge jacuzzi tub & utilized it as much as we could throughout our stay, as it was the best way to warm up after a cold day out! The igloo on the deck added so much magic, & with the heater inside it, we were able to utilize it even when the temps were in the single digits! We loved snuggling in there while the snow fell! It felt like our own personal snow globe! My husband & I explore a lot of cabins, & he said this was his new favorite stay!

Wow! This was my first Airbnb stay and Keriann set the bar high. She thought of every amenity a guest might need, and then thought of more. The cottage offered a quiet place to stay with a beautiful lakeside view. We enjoyed listening to the resident eagles chattering from their nearby nest and watching them soar to find their next meal. The two-level deck is huge and offered a wonderful space for us to gather. Everything inside the home was labeled, so we could easily find anything we were looking for. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home and there was an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets. Our only regret was booking 2 nights instead of many more. Keriann was so kind and so responsive to help us secure our last minute reservation. She is a gem of a host. Her commitment to provide the highest level of hospitality at her property is unmatched. We can’t wait to book our next visit to Eagle Crest Cottage!

Angela had great communication from the very beginning! She kindly gave recommendation I asked about and has a binder full of information of local places and attractions to visit during your stay. Everything was clean and tidy, had so many things there to do and the location is secluded and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The inside is comfortable and well maintained. The cottage was surrounded by woods, so there was a lot of wildlife. It has a nice, large hot tub to relax in. If you enjoy a secluded, private place, this is the one for you. It is a beautiful area to visit. Andrew and Brittney were very responsive to all our questions.
