Beautiful updated cabin, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, felt right at home! Loved the suggestions of things to do in the area, was a nice touch provided by the hosts. Brent was very communicative, before and during our stay. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I registered for the Korte race very late and were absolutely thrilled to have found Brandon and Mary's home. We enjoyed the gorgeous views of Nelson Lake and fun dinners down the road at Park Island Resort. The home was very clean, the hosts were responsive, and we couldn't have had a better time. Thank you, Brandon and Mary!

"Das Blockhaus" - cozy, authentic German log cabin

Beautiful cabin for our Anniversary celebration with all the necessities. Weather was cold but we can had grilled meet and enjoy the view at lunch time in the porch. In the night had the warm fire and marshmallow outside, maybe next time will going in summer to enjoy the lake and the activities in the downtown. Thanks Mike & Nola for everything, hope will comeback soon. Elizabeth & Adán Carreon.

Elk Point Lodge-Spacious, Secluded Luxury Log Home

I spent the week here with my five kids - and the partners of the two eldest. This cabin was fantastic: roomy enough so we all had space with common areas big enough for us to be together. Everything was cozy, and north-country perfect. We loved the large logs everywhere, the tons of light coming in all the windows, the big kitchen, the large eating space, and the lake and grounds. So secluded! If you're coming with a big party this really is a space that is easy to enjoy. We all recommend highly and want to come back.

It was a wonderful stay at your beautiful cabin! All of your antiques and decorations were amazing, it was like a museum of hunting and fishing items. Very comfy beds and furniture. We felt right at home the entire time! The fireplace really warmed up the cabin and lent a cozy feel. We enjoyed a campfire every day and evening as we took in the lake views. Having Powell's Restaurant such a short walk away was very handy! We look forward to our next visit!

My friends and I had a great weekend stay at the cabin. Patrick was very easy to work with and responsive, giving clear instructions for finding the location and entering the home. The cabin was in great shape, everything worked, and we had no problem with the amenities. The cabin has a nice layout and feel, and we felt right at home. We hope to stay here again next year!

Thomas’ place was as advertised and a very comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed at this home and would stay again if we are up that way. Communication was outstanding as were instructions. Very nice place and we recommend to anyone going up that way.

A great stay! The main living space was incredible with wonderful windows to take advantage of gorgeous sunrises over the lake. The canoe, kayaks, paddle boat, and paddle boards were all in great condition and easy to launch.

This place was everything we had dreamed a cabin in the woods would be like. The lake wasn't big but provided the most beautiful backdrop setting you could imagine if you just felt like reading a book. Sarah provides everything you would ever need here. There's no need to bring recreational items as they are provided as well. The place was clean and well taken care of. Sarah also seemed very accommodating even though we never needed anything. This is a super great place and we surely enjoyed ourselves.
