Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Sai District

The condo of Paul's apartment was super beautiful! Lush, and green, with a nice pool. There is a 7/11 right across the street, and a mall right behind the condo with everything you need. Its also SUPER quiet. The downside is that the surrounding area isn't super walkable (as it's just off of a highway). Luckily, it's super easy to get a cheap Grab to wherever you need. The apartment itself is simple, but nice and comfortable. My one complaint (as someone who cooks a lot at home) is that the hot plate is a bit temperamental, and the pot and wok could use replacing. It's a lot easier to just order in, and enjoy the amazing local food. Paul was also a great host, and was always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend!

Nice compact apartment with all the basics. The TV and workstation are great. The area is loud in general, but that's the trade for if you want to be so close to Nimman and MAYA.

Our stay was great. It's a 5 min walk to Central Festival Mall. It's a safe building that has a free shuttle to and from the mall if you dont want to walk. It was very easy to get rides into the city. The washer and full kitchen were very nice and convenient. I recommend this place.

Great apartment, great host and great area. What else do you want? Easy to access and in the middle of the Nimman neighborhood with lots of things to do. At the same time, the apartment is located slightly out of the main street so it is calm and peaceful, specially at night. If you choose to stay in Nimman, you know about the airplanes, so do not complain.

This is a nice apartment with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Waris was always nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

The house is quite high end in Chiang Mai, the location is convenient and quiet in an alley next to Nimman Road, one of the most bustling streets, the landlord is very enthusiastic, very good experience.

Cheng and hosts were so accommodating! We really appreciate the care and attention they provided as well as the beautiful home!

Jedyod was by far one my favorite Airbnb stays and my group is fairly picky. The place was so aesthetically pleasing. Like IG picture perfect. The location was great. Lots of small shops to get anything you’d need from. Close to the mall. Like a 3 minute scooter ride. Linens were clean and white. Bath rooms were also clean. Loved it. Will be back absolutely. 🔥🔥🔥

Anya is very responsive and friendly host. The house was cozy and matched the pictures shown on the listing. The amenities are also perfect for our short trip in Thailand. The location is very good, near to the city center. There are restaurants, food stalls and temples nearby too. There is no parking space, but Anya recommended a good place to park our rental car. It's within walking distance and free. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house, Anya~

Noey and Kratai are very attentive, responsive and speedy reply. Clear instruction is given and always fulfil our request. 5 rooms with 5 toilets are great! Save time for preparation of 8 pax.

It is close to the Nimman area and can be reached for a walk, but since the accommodation is a flight path, the sound of planes is often heard, sometimes until 11pm or more, for the need to be aware of the noise!Other times were quiet, the windows were comfortable to look out, and I loved sitting by the window dealing with work.

Comfortable apartment as described in quiet area. Very peaceful in the evenings. There were a couple of issues. However, the host was very quick to respond to get them resolved. Communication was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay! The location of the property is absolutely perfect, everything you need is nearby: restaurants, shops, cafés, and attractions are all within walking distance. Ideal for anyone who enjoys exploring the city on foot. The home looks exactly like the photos stylish, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The host is incredibly attentive and welcoming. She responded quickly to messages, shared great tips about the area, and even offered us a later check-out time without us having to ask, such a thoughtful gesture! Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay!Super convenient location with cafes, massage shops nearby, walking distance to Chiang Mai University and night market, walking distance to Ningman Road and MAYA shopping mall.There's a supermarket downstairs, and a super delicious noodle stall next door. The living function is great.👌 The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are not noisy, making it a very comfortable stay.The only small disadvantage is that you can hear the plane at night, until about 12:00 AM, but there are few flights.Recommended for early sleepers or light sleepers ~ All in all, highly recommend!Very satisfied with the location, price and quality of stay 👍

I loved my stay at this bnb. Spotless space, comfy mattress, great A/C. Kitchen had everything I needed and more. Paul and Lek were amazing hosts - quick to respond, helpful and so accommodating. I would book with them again in a heartbeat!

My stay in this place was just great. Everything was clean and in order. Yaya made sure of many details to make me feel in home. I love the fact that this place is right next to Maya mall almost, where you will find many things.
