The host is friendly and always responds quickly.The accommodation is as described, and personally, it was much better than the somewhat complex and noisy central part of Fatih. If you want, take a 10 baht Songtaew to Sathien Beach or Terminal 21.Walking Street. You can go anywhere, and there are 7-Eleven and Top Daily in front of the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience at all. Spacious and clean pool and gym.It has a sauna and there are quite a few restaurants nearby.It's a great value for the money and a great place to stay.

Looks exactly like the pictures. It was just not clear to me that the air conditioning is right across from the bed. Or adjust the wing so that you are not blown off. Bed super comfortable! 50m pool .. great for swimming lengths. Had the pool mostly to myself. Fitness room OK...but minimalist. ... also super clean...the common areas as well. All in all, great. Thanadol is super accessible.

All as described , communication with Hakan was perfect . Was answered back immediately. The property is very central . Everything in walking distance . All in one top . Thanks for the place Worth every penny .

One of the best rooms and reasonable!

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

This villa is a paradise! Very spacious, well equipped. The pool is big and clean. Palms look very exotic. We totally recommend it.

Let me warn you. The photos for this location do not represent reality. They do not do the house justice! It is rare when you find a place that is even better than the photos depict, but, certainly, this house is delightful in every way. We had such an easy time from checkin to checkout, a lovely fruit basket was provided, and our host was conveniently available at any time we communicated. And the house! Spacious, airy, comfortable and elegant - a very contemporary and thoughtful design. Everyone had privacy and community in all the right ways. This was a perfect location for all the antics associated with Songkran. Thank you for everything!

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

Amazing location walkable to the beach, 7/11 and the nearby malls.

We had a really good time as a family with a small baby (1 year) in the accommodation. I can also highly recommend the place for families, as it is within walking distance of many things (supermarket, beach, restaurants, night market). The place is lovingly furnished and you can really feel comfortable. The amenities for babies are also really great. We enjoyed the time on the island very much and can recommend the accommodation.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

A lovely place that was easy to stay in. The pool areas were lovely, especially the ocean side. The place was clean and found everything you need. Only sheets for the sofa bed were missing. We're staying with two young children and the place was a great fit. The place as a whole turned out to be better than we expected based on the listing. Thank you Nicha!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.
