Loft vacation rentals in Thailand

This stay was wonderful. As soon as you step through the gate of this urban oasis, the temperature cools noticeably and the cacophony of the city fades away. The host is kind and helpful and speaks perfect English. She is usually on the property 24/7. We loved the elevator, a unique feature that was like our own amusement park ride! lol But stairs are there for additional access. Household workers are also on the property (which is a large compound containing many trees and birds) and were ready to assist with any needs we had. btw They are clearly adults, with children of their own, and the previous reviewer’s perception that they were underage was weird and, frankly, racist. In short, we cannot recommend this property too highly, and plan to stay here again!

I've stayed in many AirBnB's in Bangkok and Asia, and can easily say this is the best one I've stayed in. It's a few minutes walk to a lovely little park and also EmQuartier and other big shopping malls. The apartment itself is really charming and feels like a real home unlike many other apartments in the area. It's on the top floor of a three story building and has two large balconies to sit on the early evenings and listen to the birdsong. The apartment is located inside a very quiet, private little compound with beautiful trees and a little garden to sit in. We liked it so much we extended our stay for a few days and Patisorn helped us without fuss. He recommended many great restaurants in the area, also. This has become my new favourite place to stay in Bangkok and for future visits I will absolutely stay here again if it's available.

We had such a great time staying at Oliver and Noi’s place in Koh Lanta! From the start, they were super friendly and helpful—always quick to respond and full of great local tips. You can really tell they care about their guests. The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The best part? The hot tub on the terrace! We ended every evening there, just relaxing and enjoying the peaceful vibe. The location was perfect—nice and quiet, but still close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Thanks so much, Oliver and Noi, for making our stay so easy and unforgettable. We’d come back anytime!

Clean and convenience place to move in.

Pai's place was great! We only stayed one night, I'm sad we couldn't stay longer! Checkin and checkout was a breeze and it was a short distance to the airport which we needed for our last night. The loft was gorgeous and clean, would definitely recommend!

This is my home away from home. I’ve stayed more times than I can count. The host is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the real Bangkok away from tourist but only a train ride to tourist attractions, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION

This place was amazing. It's like having a whole apartment in a resort. The three pools on the roofs of the towers alone are worth the price. The lobbies are opulent. Full size gym is great with yet more great views. There's even a theatre you can reserve. Getting food deliveries is simple with the building drop off point. There's a convenience store attached so if you ever need anything, its right there. Getting out about is a cinch, taxis are able to pull right up the building. You'll have a hard time finding a place with more amenities. I'm basically a nomad these days and almost exclusively live out of Airbnb's, and I can tell you the host here was the best. Answered every question immediately and periodically checked in to see if I needed anything. The host even stocked the fridge with some drinks and snacks for my arrival. I've never had that in an Airbnb before. If you're reading this, just take the place. You will love it, I promise. I can't say enough about it.

Highlight of the apt - Space. Definitely a win in this area & a good space for 5-8 pax. Only 2 bathrooms avail tho. Location - Convenient & right across 7-11 / Starbucks, by walking abt 8mins to Ekkamai BTS, 10-12mins to Gateway Mall. Cleanliness - Apt is newly renovated & clean. However, ants suddenly appeared on the bench, pool table & bathrooms. This was promptly taken care of by host. Noise - Apt is low floor (we were on #3 & #4) no sound proof windows so can get q loud from street level, ppl talking, cars, BTS etc. There was also booming music on Sat nite (only) which host promptly tried to help us with but sadly it still lasted till abt 3am. Washer - Broke down during our stay but host was super helpful to offer us laundry services which was a huge save esp during Bkk heatwave month. 🙏🏻 Super nice host - Helpful, super prompt replies and he kindly arranged a ride to airport for us in view of all the inconveniences which makes him a 5⭐️ host! Big thank you fr all of us!

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

Ruj’s place is clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures. We loved the furnishings and the character. Ruj himself is a warm and helpful host, always pleasant and responsive, and helped us out with some trouble even late at night. Highly recommend. Please note that the apartment itself is beautiful but is located in a street with adult entertainment complexes down the road. The apartment is definitely an oasis and is not affected by that.

Simple studio apartment. Good communication from the host.

This is my second stay. Last time I came here for work, and this time was just on vacation. Garbage bags, extra toilet rolls, and a hair dryer were provided which I couldn't find last time. Also there were welcome snacks and elephant souvenirs for me ! Thanks a lot. Free parking lot is available, and since I rented a car this time, I was able to conveniently go to Ayutthaya, Bangkok and anywhere. The pool on the premises was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I do not know why. Lastly, the manager was very kind and helpful.

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

Everything was OK. Could use internet. Mobile signal is quite poor.

Irina is a great host. Everything is provided in the apartment, there are pool towels, earplugs, sewing kit, first aid kit, noodles for a snack, tea and coffee, frying oil. There is an extra place to sleep on the ground floor. All bed linen and towels are very clean, which is quite rare for Asia))) Irina provides recommendations on the things that surround the condominium - where to eat deliciously, get a good massage, play sports. I’ll be happy to come back to this loft again!

the host was so nice that he gave me another apartment for free for some personal reasons, the people there are so nice, i like that there's a 7-eleven under the building, however i think the price was a little bit expensive for the value. I would recommend it tho.
