Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in San Sai District

The condo is just off the Nimman neighborhood of Chiang Mai so there’s a lot of restaurants and shopping in easy walking distance. It’s a bit far off from the city center though so you may want a Grab if you want to see that. The room itself is pretty nice and has a washer in the room. The rooftop pool is fairly small so don’t expect to swim laps there. Only potential problem is the building seems to have started cracking down on short term rentals. We didn’t have any problems, but did see security watching us from the stairs on check-in and taking pictures of cars and residents

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect for our 2 weeks in Chiang Mai. The apartment is well equipped and super quiet. The building is well maintained and clean. Conveniently located with lots of restaurants and bars around. The gym and the swimming pool were a nice plus! Would definitely come back!

This is a nice apartment with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Waris was always nice and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

Really great space to get to know Chiang Mai! It is quiet, secure, and the perfect “spot” within the building (2nd fl, pool view side). Walkable to all the “nooks and crannies” in Chiang Mai. Grab (Uber) car to Old Town was easy and picked us up at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the condo!

Very, very convenient neighborhood! 2-3 min walk to Big C downstairs. There is also a night market from Wednesday to Saturday. Very safe. 24-hour security. We rented a car ourselves and there's parking space. Security staff is super nice. The whole neighborhood is really comfortable and convenient. Experience the life of a local. There's a small food stall behind the 711 at the intersection. I ate there for three days. I'll stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai! The hostess is super nice, she knew we rented a car and waited for us to give me the parking ticket, and gave me a private guide, recommended the coffee in the neighborhood and the nearby massages are super good! Had a great experience😄

The apartment is exactly what you need for exploring the Nimman area and close to other attractions in Chiang Mai. We arrived just after the 2025 earthquake and there was some damage to a water pipe that meant we couldn't stay for the first few days while it was getting fixed. Meena arranged a fantastic alternative for us to stay in and had great communication throughout. I highly recommend Meena as a host and her place when you visit Chiang Mai.

Just behind CentralFestivalChiangmai, 5 minutes walk, there are also golf carts to and from the mall during the day, very convenient.Although it is far from attractions such as Nimman Road and the Ancient City, it is very convenient to take a taxi, and it is only฿ about 45 after Grabmoto discount.Grabfood also has many options, and you can order delicious Hainanese Chicken Rice in the middle of the night.But takeout can only be delivered to the guard room, you have to go downstairs to pick it up.Very safe, with 24-hour security, and three access control systems when entering the apartment building.The garden on the ground floor is very beautiful, especially good for taking photos, and the hibiscus outside the window is particularly lush.There is a swimming pool, gym, living room, and sauna on the first floor. It is worth spending a day in the apartment using these common facilities to relax.The apartment is also very close to the Coconut Grove Night Market.I'll choose to stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai.PS. The location is really good. It's just a short walk to Maya Mall, and it was really nice to be able to enter directly into the alley by taking a shortcut. It was also nice that the entrance was safely controlled. The host responded quickly and always took appropriate action. I was very satisfied except for the bed frame being too loose and the overall lighting being a little dark, so I definitely want to stay again next time.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

The location is not far from Chiang Mai university. Better to rent a motorbike to explore the city. . The whole building is under the airplanes routes, in the evening there will be frequents flights taking off, after midnight till early morning, it’s quiet. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay, cozy and bright, size is good for two people.

Very nice apartment near a bunch of shops and restaurants. Nice view from the balcony as well. Would highly recommend for a stay in Chiang Mai!

Lovely house with all the home amenities you need during your travel. The house is clean, beds are comfortable, aircon work well and amenities are provided by the host. Check in was easy and instructions was clear. Location wise isn't the best. Although it is located close to Central Festival. it is a long and not a pleasant walk especially under the brutal Thailand sun. There are a couple of local shops 3 minutes walk. You would need to either have your own transport or use Grab to get to places. Overall the place is nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at Panot's property.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Fantanstic location and spotless, spacious house fully equipped with kitchen facilities. Highly recommended for family & group travelers or those who prefer private place to stay:) First of all, I love the location! It was a 10-minute walk to Mihyu, and Luhambal Plaza, so it was so easy to eat/shop for the whole time. There is a local restaurant in two plazas (which is great if you go anywhere), fast food chains, Starbucks, marts, cafes, massage shops, famous Korean restaurants, and on the appointed day of the week, the night market is open, so local street food (which is also delicious!!!) It's also good to enjoy. You can also go quickly by Grab/car, including the Sunday Market:) The accommodation is spacious + pleasant, of course, as you use the entire building of a large two-story house. The cleaning condition was also very good when we arrived! Highly recommended for those who want a private space or those traveling with a family traveler and many friends! I didn't care much because I stayed alone, but each room had a separate toilet/shower, so I didn't have to wait to use the bathroom every morning, so it would be very comfortable:)

Chiang Mai has been traveling for ten days and chose to stay here for the last two nights of the trip.Our group of 10 people spent New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve at this wonderful villa, and they were surprised to see the spring evening.The whole villa is sunny, clean, well planned, well planned, fully equipped with everything you need.Four of our families chatted during the day, drinking tea, painting, sketching, and cooking food. The meals and drinks are delicious. The price is not expensive. At the same time, you can enjoy good ingredients and flavors. It's really beautiful ~ It's worth going again.The Thai driver in charge of the drop-off of the airport will repeatedly confirm the itinerary every time, and will wait at the entrance of the villa nearly half an hour in advance, which is not trustworthy.The neighborhood is a little far from the ancient city. If you want to go out to a place where you want to go out during the day, you need to arrange a car in advance, just pay attention to it.
