The host of the B&B is very nice, he helped me with my luggage during check-in and check-out! They also told me about the markets on the weekends. The three cats in the house are very cute and quiet. They sunbathe on the balcony or sleep all day. They are very gentle when I go to the balcony to play with them. The check-in experience was very good. The room was very clean and there was a refrigerator, as well as a kettle. The bed made a noise when I turned it over, but it was quite soft and I slept comfortably. The bathroom is fully equipped, with toothbrushes, toothpaste and comb. The point is that it is close to Tha Phae Gate in the ancient city, and it is convenient to go everywhere. There are many restaurants along the road downstairs. I'll choose this room again next time I come to Chiang Mai. The kitten is so cute! I took a lot of pictures of the kittens. They're so cute.

Was really nice place, 5min to Maya mall, every place in Nimman area was approachable by walking. The swimming pool was awesome. It was very peaceful and good place to chill. But only one thing that scared me and my partner was cockroach. We were traumatized by the cockroaches found in the toilet. It was big and thick ones. But at the same time Por tried her best to solve the probs we had with cockroaches. Por was the best owner of airbnb I met before !

I had a pleasant stay in this Airbnb. Good location just 15 minutes walk to Nimmanhemin but if you want you to explore old town better to get a grab.And lots of food around! A lot! I stayed for one-month still couldn’t try all. Nice neighbourhood and the owner is so friendly.

We stayed on this place for 1 month. In several, we liked it all. Rapee is a very likeable and nice host. The things (iron, vacuum cleaner etc) that we were missing, Rapee got us right away. He was also helpful in other things (medical advice). The only thing we missed very much was the mosquito nets on the windows. Thank you and all the best!

Really big space with plenty of places to sleep for a big family. You definitely need a car if you're staying here, but for families who have access to a car, this place is great.

I was here for three weeks and the place was great stay. The room itself is very nice and I like the stone walls.Pretty cute. Location is close to Maya and walking distance to stores like 7-11. Self check in and out went smooth.

My family stayed in the house for a month. I had a comfortable stay thanks to the host who cared a lot. 1. Great for cooking food at home. Cooking utensils and kitchen are well equipped. 2. Surprisingly, the location is good. In particular, ruamchok mall, meechok Plaza, tops market, rimping market, and lotus market are all nearby, so it is very convenient to shop. There is a small night market every day near the ruamchok mall, and there is a big night market very Monday and Tuesday at meechok plaza. 3. The complex is very quiet. In the afternoon, the kids come out and start playing, and you can play soccer with the kids in the neighborhood. 4. All necessary items are ordered through grab, so you don't need to carry heavy items. Also, taxis are easily caught, so there is no inconvenience in getting around. 5. There is a shrimp fishing site about 2km away from the accommodation, so please visit families with children. The kids are really fun. 6. The host is really nice. You handled the whole process accurately and quickly. He brought us fruit for the first day and Thai snacks in the middle. I'm a host who is ready to help if you need anything. Fortunately, nothing major happened, but it was very reassuring. 7. (tip) The capacity of the washing machine is not large. If you do a small amount of laundry, it will be clean and good. 8. (tip) The pool is closed on Mondays. 9. Each room has a good air conditioner, so you can sleep comfortably. Highly recommended for travelers who are thinking about a place to stay. It's a very comfortable house.And includes airport pick up. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, one of which has a balcony (but it can be ignored because the air conditioning outdoor unit is too hot). There is a shared bathroom on the 2nd floor. The space on the first floor as you enter is large, with a large living room where you can eat, do laundry, and cook.Also prepared a variety of drinking water, snacks, coffee, yogurt!!Two bicycles, some straw hats, umbrellas, and even abdominal fitness equipment. It's a very comfortable house I stayed in Chiang Mai.Worth coming back again! The disadvantages are mosquitoes, and the second floor is more stuffy when taking a shower, not as cool as the first floor.

It's a new building in Golden Town, so there are no bugs indoors or outdoors, and it's very clean. The appliances and furniture are also clean and great. There are two grocery stores across the street, and the Monday and Wednesday night markets at Ruam Chong Mall are mainly for locals, so they're much cheaper and more delicious than other night markets. However, there is no hot water in the bathroom on the first floor, but the water is clean, probably because there is a water purifier. There's a pool, so it's the best place to stay with kids!!!

The homestay is in the residential area, there is a farmer market and a 7-11 supermarket nearby, so it is convenient to buy things.

We stayed almost a week with our two daughters and really enjoyed the place. The house is a perfect size, very well furnished with even a few extras for children which is always appreciated. The location is perfect. You’re tucked in a small street away from the noise of the city, but walking distance from some of the best markets and temples. And finally Narongkorn was very responsive and very kind.

The hosts were really communicative and checked in with us consistently! The house was also very well maintained

I had an incredible stay at "Poiz Coftel" Poiz was very communicative and responded quickly to all my questions. The check-in process was seamless and straightforward. The House was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was perfect, close to Central Department Store, restaurants, community mall and public transportation. For the price, this place was an excellent value. I highly recommend staying at Poiz Coftel. I would definitely stay here again!"

Good place for holiday , nice house and responsive host .

The place is in a good location and good to find. The house was cozy and nice to match the pictures, but it was a little noisy even after midnight because of the proximity to Nimman Road (but the host was very attentive to having ear plugs attached to each room), might want to be aware of it for those who are sensitive to sound. Having a housekeeper to tidy up every day was fantastic!Our family had a wonderful holiday here ~

Jia's house is so nice!We are three couples in this trip and everyone is very satisfied. The first day of the red-eye flight to Chiangmai, the situation of the room could just let us in early to rest, which was a surprise. The location of the house is particularly good, go to 711, massage shop, small bar, Ningman Road, Maya all within 20 minutes on foot, a group of people talking laughing and very happy😊 Jia was super responsive and super quick to deal with issues.Of course, the house doesn't have any problems ~ The space is large and the pictures are exactly the same, but I'm not familiar with the air conditioner operation.🥹 Because of this house, left a brilliant travel memory, to fall in love with Chiang Mai❤️

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

Rosie Home was a sweet home in a great busy area and yet, tucked away from the main road so felt very private. We enjoyed the easy access and convenience of walkable location. Sirada was very responsive. If we come back with a group of companies, we will definitely stay here. Thank you!
