Amazing!!! We have stayed in probably 25 places in the last 2 months, and this was among our favourites. The room was spotless, the bedding was beautiful and very clean/new. The bathroom was extremely clean (which is very important to me). The amenities/shared space was incredible. Coffee, tea, toast and more!! It was very appreciated. Excellent location being only a 10 minute walk to the old quarter. Stores, cafes and markets nearby as well. We stayed 4 nights and we could have easily stayed 2 weeks! 10/10 recommend this place.

Rasha and Tee are exceptional hosts. I was welcomed like a prince, on the evening I arrived I hadn't eaten yet, so they offered to cook me a meal on the run. The area is nice, about 10 minutes from the old town, a good tip, it's best to hire a scooter to get around during your stay. The room is fairly basic, without fuss, spacious enough for two people, the communal area is worth its weight in gold. Bread, jam, water, coffee, etc. are provided free of charge. If you're looking for simplicity and a generous welcome from your hosts, you've come to the right place. I highly recommend staying at HeyHa House.

Rustic guesthouse is a perfect place to stay in Chiang Mai, especially for Yi Peng - Loy Kratong, because is close to the river and close to the main attractions! Room was clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast.

These hosts were absolutely incredible! Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Water and snacks were provided, and our hosts were so happy to help out with any questions and have great recommendations! The accommodation was a small walk away from the main square. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very cozy and pleasant place near the Warorot market. A large room in Thai style with wooden floor, air conditioning, shower - everything works well. Delicious and hearty breakfast and free bananas, tea, coffee whenever you want. Here for you can organize courses of Thai cooking and active tours. I recommend this place :)

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

This place is amazing and the staff is so so sweet – I felt welcomed from the moment I first walked in! The breakfast was wonderful (the pancakes were my favorite) and I was grateful for all the recommendations of things to do and restaurants. The room was so much bigger than I expected I almost felt silly staying there on my own! Definitely more than enough space for 2-3 people to share comfortably. They helped me so much with recommendations, laundry, and the ride to the airport. I'd love to go back and will recommend to everyone x

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amaka Bed & Breakfast! As a group of 3 backpackers (first time in ChiangMai, we found the space to be perfect—comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The thoughtful touches and amenities made us feel right at home, and everything was exactly as described (if not better, can't get over how lovely everyone is!). The location was excellent, and Nuna and team were incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for exploring the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more pleasant experience. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable! The house is very vintage and beautiful. I like it very much. The housekeeper is very friendly. The breakfast is also very delicious. The room is right next to the school gate next to Chiang Mai University. There are many delicious stalls away from Maya. The main entrance of the room is not on the main road. Thank you for meeting me.

Service was the best I have ever had, very hard working staff. Garden is beyond beautiful and workers constantly up keeping. Garden has so many places to hide away. Rooms cleaned and left spot less everyday. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and had a wide selection. Highly recommend stay!

Awesome spot for a stay in the jungle. Very peaceful and relaxing. Tough to get to, but if you assume it will be 1200baht to/from (even through ride share apps) then it's well worth the price. Good/fairly priced food.

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again! Highly recommend to all travelers, you won't regret choosing here ~

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with great hosts. The pool is such an asset. Walk to multiple eating options. Out of the city some 12K, which means fabulous peace and quiet

And have to eat breakfast daily Ps The food tastes very good Just the face is a little hard and a little stuck. But the flavor is ok mixing big mixing
