Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in San Sai District

We had a wonderful stay at Chiang Moi House. It’s in such a great location tucked outside of the hustle of the old city and great little spots to discover. We stayed in 2 rooms both comfy and suitable. All basic needs are met and cleaning is offered daily. The staff at the front desk are so nice they really made the stay that much better. We booked a tour for a day through then that was great. I would stay here again next time. If there’s a suggestion I can make it’s that they send a messenger via air bnb welcoming guests with the exact name of the place along with address and directions. It would go a long way helping arriving guests find the place easier.

We had a lovely stay at Poppy's place. We particularly enjoyed the pool on these hot late April days and the very good breakfasts.

Rasha and Tee are exceptional hosts. I was welcomed like a prince, on the evening I arrived I hadn't eaten yet, so they offered to cook me a meal on the run. The area is nice, about 10 minutes from the old town, a good tip, it's best to hire a scooter to get around during your stay. The room is fairly basic, without fuss, spacious enough for two people, the communal area is worth its weight in gold. Bread, jam, water, coffee, etc. are provided free of charge. If you're looking for simplicity and a generous welcome from your hosts, you've come to the right place. I highly recommend staying at HeyHa House.

Centrally located, part of a boutique hotel in a good neighborhood for accessing the old quarter. Very easy check in and out process and despite being multi-unit, was still private. I would visit this AirBNB again.

These hosts were absolutely incredible! Our room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Water and snacks were provided, and our hosts were so happy to help out with any questions and have great recommendations! The accommodation was a small walk away from the main square. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very cozy and pleasant place near the Warorot market. A large room in Thai style with wooden floor, air conditioning, shower - everything works well. Delicious and hearty breakfast and free bananas, tea, coffee whenever you want. Here for you can organize courses of Thai cooking and active tours. I recommend this place :)

Tee & rasha are the best host we ever had. Super friendly, accommodative and communicative. Went to chiang Mai with my husband for the first time. And we got a lot recommendations of places, we tried most of his recommendation and everything was so great and worth the visit. The place was really nice and clean, the room is big, we asked for a very early checked in because we had an overnight bus trip and they provide and responded super fast and very nicely. The area of this stay is also really nice, very close to our favorite jing jai market, and even to other places also not far, we even ride a bike that's available at the accommodation to stroll around . It was a very pleasant stay for us. We love this place. And if we go back to chiang Mai again, we'll definitely come back to stay here again.

This house was a great base for us to explore Nimman and Santitham. Lots of great restaurants to explore in both neighbourhoods. The host lives in the house also but you have your own private on-suite room which is decorated very well, the bed was very comfy and we had a great night sleep. Thank you for your hospitality.

Rustic is the best guest house I met. The staff is kind, helpful and beautiful. We love them! Pretty good breakfast and room!

A beautiful and quiet place, just a short 50-meter walk from the main street. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and service-minded. It’s very close to the lovely CMU park and charming streets with local markets and affordable restaurants serving great food. This area is ideal for those seeking a quieter stay away from the usual tourist spots. Note: For those on a workcation, the room lacks a work desk, but there are cafes and a co-working space nearby. A gaming cafe is also just 3-4 minutes away for enthusiasts.

This place is amazing and the staff is so so sweet – I felt welcomed from the moment I first walked in! The breakfast was wonderful (the pancakes were my favorite) and I was grateful for all the recommendations of things to do and restaurants. The room was so much bigger than I expected I almost felt silly staying there on my own! Definitely more than enough space for 2-3 people to share comfortably. They helped me so much with recommendations, laundry, and the ride to the airport. I'd love to go back and will recommend to everyone x

The place is still great to stay. Bazar market is 10min walk away Sunday market is 10min walk to the square. The staff are friendly in the building. Breakfast is great. Clean place. Nick is always reachable great host. I have stayed here 4 times and I recommend this place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amaka Bed & Breakfast! As a group of 3 backpackers (first time in ChiangMai, we found the space to be perfect—comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The thoughtful touches and amenities made us feel right at home, and everything was exactly as described (if not better, can't get over how lovely everyone is!). The location was excellent, and Nuna and team were incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for exploring the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more pleasant experience. Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable! When I booked the room, there was a slight incident because of a problem with the system, but the host responded quickly and communicated smoothly, and helped arrange the pick-up and drop-off, which was very warm.The space in the quadruple room is quite large, very comfortable, I like the healing pattern mat in the bathroom, the bathtub also put the bathtub and the real rose, it was a pleasant surprise to🤩 stay for six days, as long as the sign was hung up, the cleaning staff cleaned every day, and thoughtfully put the clothes on the bed. Drinking mineral water will be charged every day, and it is no problem to temporarily ask for an extra cotton quilt.It was my first time in Chiang Mai and I could stay in such a lovely place.😊

Awesome spot for a stay in the jungle. Very peaceful and relaxing. Tough to get to, but if you assume it will be 1200baht to/from (even through ride share apps) then it's well worth the price. Good/fairly priced food.

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
