Private room, private bathroom, private entrance.Quiet and large space with vaulted ceilings, Mexican tile and maximal natural light. A quiet retreat setting with easy access to the throughways in all directions, this is a perfect Marin rest stop for any short or mid-term stay. Located across the street from the Bay with stunning views, beach access close by. San Quentin is a little-known gem of a historic town and will be a memorable place to stay. No kitchen access or fridge/microwave.

Downtown SR. nice quiet in-law w/sofabed, nice 32' TV, YouTube TV w/ music, crickets, nice paint, nice flooring, Fridge, microwave, ,toaster oven, own water heater/shower. Please do not order food to be delivered. IF you are PICKY, please rent a HOTEL. Max weight for the bed is 300, please. Just bought a NEW MATTRESS in Nov. 2020. Separate keyed entrance and private bathroom w shower. Check in 5pm but can drop luggage after 12 noon, if arranged

Modern, comfortable Apartment, in a great location

This modern Apartment in the hills of San Rafael is a total gem. If the spacious and well equipped modern kitchen doesn't sell you. Then the super comfortable bed will. With its own private and enclosed garden space. This clean and modern airbnb is super comfortable. There are shared access to washing facilities. This is a very quiet neighborhood apartment, but only a 10 minute walk away from downtown San Rafael. 25 minutes from San Francisco and Sonoma too. We do live above.

Beautiful furnished guesthouse located in east San Rafael, with a spectacular view of the water and Richmond Bridge. Located only a few minutes away from San Rafael downtown, where there is an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It is also walking distance from Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods. Guesthouse comes equipped with a queen sized bed (Saatva luxury mattress), pull out sofa, and a kitchenette. Beautiful oasis. 40 mins from wine country and 25 mins from SF.

Beautiful Studio on lower level of our family home within walking distance to downtown San Rafael. Custom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

Tranquil Loft with Private Deck

My partner and I booked a stay here for 3 weeks. Highly recommend. There are multiple reasons why. The loft has huge windows which lets in a lot of sunlight, and has wonderful views into the treetops and beautiful hills surround San Anselmo. The off-street parking was great peace of mind to have for our rental car. The loft opens onto a huge deck that has chairs and tables to relax in, drink coffee, read etc. A fantastic grocery store called Good Earth is nearby. The neighborhood is lovely to walk around in (and of course close to many great hikes and trails). Internet was reliable and fast enough for remote work calls. If you happen to need to do laundry, a clean and friendly laundromat is 2min drive away. Very easy. Importantly, Sabrina was a very responsive and kind host, and very respectful of privacy and friendly/welcoming at the same time. We would stay again!

Very clean and comfortable space. Perfect home base for us while visiting family in the area. Absolutely loved the neighborhood, it was walkable with so many great restaurants, coffee spots and a cute movie theater. Parking was close and easy. Check in and out was a breeze!

Second time to stay at Eric’s and it was great! The place was very clean, high quality and well stocked with supplies with a well equipped kitchen, which was perfect for us and our little one. The deck was a peaceful place that felt like you’re away in a forest. Eric was also a friendly and responsive host!
