The Airbnb was located in a great area, close to plenty of restaurants, mercados and near the park stadium if you wanted to see those sights. Even though there was construction nearby while we stayed there that did not impeded access to the area or it's surroundings. Located in the 15th floor gave us a great view of the sights far from the san jose city area. Will look again for this listing for my return trip.

This is the third of Karil’s hosted properties that I’ve visited at URBN. Once again, Karil was very communicative and responsive to requests. I needed an early check in because of prior travel plans and he not only was able to accommodate me, but communicated early that the apartment was ready. All of his places are very nicely decorated, warm, welcoming, and well-stocked with cooking tools. He sent a thorough list of local restaurants and shops; his recommendations have been great. It’s very nice to know that each time I visit San Jose and stay in one of Karil’s places I can rely on a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend!

El apartamento está muy céntrico, pero tanto el apartamento como los alrededores son muy tranquilos. El internet es rápido y estable. El apartamento está amueblado con muebles cómodos, el sofá es muy acogedor y los colchones son excelentes para dormir. La vista desde el balcón sobre San José es preciosa. El agua de la ducha tiene buena presión y siempre hay agua caliente. Todo estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. El estacionamiento está cerca de la entrada del apartamento, lo cual es muy conveniente. Los guardas de seguridad son muy amables y, después de un solo día, ya se acordaban de nosotros. Para quienes viajan con perros, hay bolsas para recoger los desechos y un basurero central. La piscina también estaba muy limpia y bien mantenida. La comunicación con el propietario, John, fue buena de principio a fin. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable!!

Well worth the price! The property is amazing. Super easy check in. Esteban quickly answered all questions. The themed rooms are really cool! There’s also a bar and restaurant in the lobby. It’s in a great area as well! Everyone that worked in the building was super friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and has a great view of the mountains. It was perfect for a one night stay before going to the airport in the morning. I will warn though to be cautious of traffic as there can be hour delays if there is an accident. Overall, this is a nice place and I would recommend.

Excelente propiedad. El lugar es muy amplio y cómodo. Les recomiendo llevar sus artículos de higiene personal solamente ya que el lugar cuenta con toallas, sábanas y papel. El lugar queda a 10mins del aeropuerto. Tiene 3 cuartos y cada cuarto tiene su baño, lo que es muy conveniente para grupos un poco más grande.

Die Unterkunft ist in Sabana Norte, nur 600 M. zu Fuß zum Park, wo man für Kinder kleine Spielinseln finden kann. Eine grüne Lunge mitten in der Stadt. Dort gehen viele joggen oder für Hunde gibt es näher am Station dran ein eigenen Bereich. Das Frühstück ist einfach toll. Frisches Pinto, was die Einheimischen lieben und brauchen, und auch für Touristen genügend Auswahl. Wir sind jetzt schon das 5. Mal dort, wenn wir ab und zu unsere Erledigungen machen. Kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed for 1,5 months and the place was a little small for 3 people for that amount of time, but it was very comfortable and had everything you need for a long stay. The apartment has a lot of light, but it always in the shade so it has comfortable temperature and a cool breeze and fresh air inside. The building is very interesting and has a lot of amenities. Guido is a great host- very responsive and he addressed all our questions right away.

A scenic view captures a vibrant sunset over the city skyline, with hues of orange and pink filling the sky. The rooftop pool reflects the colors of the sky, while comfortable lounge chairs sit beside it, inviting relaxation amidst the serene atmosphere.
