Very new apartment, with great amenities. Used gym and pool several times

I 100% recommend Michael's place, the photos are no reference, very nice place overlooking the lake, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and equipped kitchen, the washing center was a plus for my family, we spent 6 days in this place, after we went to Mexico, Michael even helped us get a parking lot for our vehicle for the time we were in Mexico, being sheltered and safe, Michael is definitely an excellent host, he was always on the lookout to answer our doubts and we prayed so that our trip out of the best in the family. We hope to be back soon!

Jorge is incredible, our flight from Panama to Costa Rica had mechanical difficulties so we didn't get to Costa Rico until 10:30 p.m. After picking up a rental (which I highly recommend if you are staying here) it was after midnight. We had some difficulty finding the house Jorge came out to meet us rather than just do directions. The house was very comfortable and the bathroom including the amenities were fabulous!

My experience at William's apartment in Torres Heredia was excellent in every way. From the first moment, communication was clear and easy. The place was spotless, very well furnished and as shown in the photos. The location is strategic, safe and quiet, ideal for both resting and getting around the city. William was a very attentive host and always willing to help with any questions. Definitely a 100% recommended place. I felt right at home and would go back without thinking. The apartment is just as described in the listing. Easy to access. It is located on the same level of the lobby, and to go to the pool there is no elevator, it is practically 2 minutes walking. It has a very comfortable bed, and TV both in the room and in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen. When we arrived it was super clean. The amenities are super nice, although the apartment is comfortable, go up to the Azotea and have a coffee and enjoy the views and the different spaces, it is the best that Ncleo has. The hosts were always very attentive and responded very quickly to our queries.
