I loved everything about Eden - the kind, warm delightful Enid who stayed up very late so I could check-in after flying from Australia, the delicious breakfast she served, the clean and comfortable room, the lush garden and refreshing pool. As an older woman travelling solo for a few days in a country where I do not speak the language, it was the perfect place to recover from jetlag. I felt safe and cared for. Carlos, the driver they recommended to me was an added bonus, as was meeting some of the other interesting guests.

Eden's place is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The gardens were breathtaking. I took my book out on the balcony, planning to read, but I couldn't take my eyes off the view and the many birds that visited. I swapped out my book for a pair of binoculars! The room was simple and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was spectacular and included the fluffiest pancakes I've ever eaten (I don't usually care for pancakes— please DM me the recipe!), fresh fruit, a fruit smoothie, and steaming-hot coffee. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family! It's the perfect place to stay for a night (or more) when flying into or out of SJO. On a Sunday morning, it took us about 35 minutes to get there.

This B&B is gorgeous!!! The room was comfortable with an in suite bathroom. There’s a terrace where you can relax that’s absolutely stunning. I ordered dinner the night I stayed and it was delicious, as was the breakfast (huge portions). Laurie was helpful in arranging airport transfer which was only a 15 minute drive from her place. It’s a quiet neighborhood and great place to stay if you want to be near the airport or away from the craziness of downtown San Jose.

The place is in a quiet area, you can feel safe and only 10 minutes to the larger shopping center. Continental breakfasts delicious, friendly, smiling, and supportive guests. Rooms are clean, well-maintained. If we go back to San Jose, it's also to Casa Lima. :)

Great place to stay. Nice location in Escazu. Very friendly staff. The apartment was large with lots of room and all we needed.

Lovely gem with quality energy, it’s obvious that care and time is regularly devoted to it. The gardens are magnificent and my room was very clean with no chemical smells and eco-friendly products in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk was not very forthcoming with information, however (for example that my room key did not also work in the front door and I would need to be buzzed in and out or do it myself. This seems like a vital thing to know!) Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would come again. Thank you!

we stayed in Casa Mano De Tigre's just for a day. its an amazing property, we will plan longer trip later soon. highly recommend for everyone

Great proximity to Parque Sabana and Central Market. Easy access to and from SJO airport. Ana is great at looking out for your basic needs.

Conveniently located for the airport. The location of the apartment is again as expected quiet for the night. The soda for breakfast is nearby and very good.

Excellent service--Lu even gave me a free upgrade for a month, and a ride to the airport on a Sunday night. I kept getting freebies from their kitchen too. Very nice people. Beautiful mountain views of Poas and of the city. Bring bug repellent--it is the tropics outside! Modern inside.

Edward was an incredible host! He took time to answer any questions we had. The apartment was clean and conveniently located arriving from the airport. Optional breakfast was great. Perfect stop for our family of three before heading out to explore the country.

Our stay was incredibly beautiful. The staff provided a warm welcome. On arrival, the place was well. Loved and taken care of. And the breakfast was so delicious! Would recommend staying with Xin!
