Ich war jetzt zum zweiten mal zu Gast bei Annie…bei jeglichen Fragen hat sie sich sofort drum gekümmert und hat sich meistens innerhalb von 5 Minuten gemeldet! 😃 sehr zuvorkommend und sie achtet sehr auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste 😊 Ich liebe das Haus von ihr einfach, ich war dieses Mal 5 Wochen hier und fühle mich einfach wie zuhause! Annie ist so wie man sich den perfekten Gastgeber vorstellt! Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und ich komme gerne wieder 😃

Todo perfecto, las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo que realmente es, el tener la alberca privada es lo mejor muy amena y relajante. Olivia muy amable y excelente comunicación, me apoyó en todo momento. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, no se arrepentirán. Está fácil para moverse dentro del área y muy tranquilo. Muchas gracias por todo el apoyo y en definitiva 100% recomendado.

El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Alojamiento muy recomendable!! Oswaldo fue muy amable y flexible ante cualquier pedido o consulta, respondiendo muy rápidamente y con muy buena disposición. La casa es muy linda, amplia y cómoda, contaba con todo lo necesario y todo funcionaba correctamente. Muy buena experiencia.

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

Lugar súper cómodo, muy limpio, súper bonito y muy recomendado, Mary es súper atenta y está muy al pendiente en todo momento, el lugar cumplió con todas las expectativas, lo recomiendo ampliamente y espero regresar pronto.

Tuvimos una estadía en el Loft super linda, la ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la 5ta Avenida y centro comercial. El ingreso al loft con código es genial, super cómodo. Si bien el Loft cuenta con todas las comidades que uno necesita, como crítica constructiva diría que deberían cambiar el colchón por uno más rígido o quizás más nuevo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Un buen lugar para disfrutar de Playa del Carmen, excelente servicio y atención del personal que trabaja en el edificio

We loved our time at Jacqueline’s apartment! The bedrooms are bigger than they appear in the photos and the apartment is well-laid out. It seems brand new and very homey. Despite being very centrally located, it was quiet at night and we slept well. It was great for a family. Jacqueline was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. The security guards were kind and friendly. Walkable to almost everything in Playa. There was filtered water provided and even a beach chair, umbrella and sand toys. We would absolutely recommend this stay to others! One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. My one disappointment was the strong smell of cigarette smoke on the balcony but that was because of other smokers on balconies in other units as they all face each other. This is not something Jacqueline can control, but something to note if that bothers you. We didn’t really use the balcony for this reason. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Jacqueline! We had so much fun!

Casa muy completa y muy segura. Todo muy cómodo y a gusto, y a menos de 15 minutos del centro de Playa del Carmen

Beautiful home situated just outside the main part of town. Easy to get to from the airport or Ferry. Minutes away from all the action and very cozy when you’re there. I’ve stayed here twice and plan on staying again.

The condo was spacious, beautiful, and immaculate, as shown and described in the photos and listing. Juliana was very responsive every time I reached out. The water heater went out during our stay. I messaged Juliana and within 5 hours, the water heater was replaced and we had hot water again. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. In addition to the great condo, was the view and the fabulous pool. The pool was so large, that it never felt crowded. We will stay here again the next time we visit Playa del Carmen.

He had a wonderful stay at AWA. Place was so peaceful and private. Everything is very close by and accessible by walking, lots to do in the area and the beach is a 15min walk. Everything is at the suite which makes it so perfect. You don’t need to bring all the extras they are provided for you. Which makes your stay so much more comfortable without having to worry about things like toilet paper and water. Eduardo was very nice and helped fix the door lock batteries and Erika was on point. She was always attentive if we needed anything. Great spot, awesome experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you 🙏

el dpto es hermoso tal cual las fotos, camas cómodas, el wifi funciona de 10, el agua y el aire acondicionado perfectos, y en la terraza tiene unas piscinas hermosas ( una de agua tibia) con living y reposeras, se pueden utilizar durante todo el día, un bar con bebidas y snacks y una vista increíble. la ubicación es excelente para hacer centro comer pasear y vida nocturna. el personal de recepción fue muy amable, el anfitrión leopoldo estuvo atentos todas mis preguntas, gracias

La estancia de Heidi es excelente, el lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y seguro, se encuentra dentro de un complejo de condominios que te brinda todo eso, muy cerca tiendas de conveniencia y autoservicios. Cuentas con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, estuvimos 5 días y todo muy bien, el internet funciona muy bien, sin problemas de agua o luz. Eso sí, se deben acatar al 100% las reglas del condominio para no tener ningún tema, desde los horarios de uso de las zonas comunes (alberca, lavandería) hasta el uso de pulseras para acceso, ya que la seguridad es estricta en los ingresos. Se encuentra a escasos 5 min en coche de la 5a avenida. Es ideal para dos parejas. Heidi estuvo pendiente y respondió rápidamente a todas las dudas que se tenían, la verdad es que sin duda regresaríamos!

Words cannot describe how amazing this home is. Truly a wonderful and unique home that is steps away from the beach. My entire family loved the space and was deeply saddened we couldn’t stay longer! Secured area as it is located within a gated community. Short walk to get to the main parts of Playa del Carmen, but honestly we rarely wanted to leave the house or the amazing beach. Space is huge and had our group of 9 feeling like we were in luxurious but welcoming home. Bruno, the property manager, was really responsive and helped us out a lot with coordinating transportation. Highly recommend!!

Excellent séjour dans cette maison située dans le quartier fermé de Playacar. Accès à la mer en 5 mn à pied, et 20 mn à pied de Paseo del Carmen (grand centre commercial avec des marques de type Zara, Bershka, etc...) et de la 5ème avenue (rue très animée de jour comme de nuit). La maison est très bien équipée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Coup de cœur pour la piscine qui est vraiment incroyable ! A noter que la casita dans le jardin ne permet pas un couchage du même standing que la maison principale (ouvert sur le jardin/jungle avec possiblements capybaras, singes et autres animaux vivants aux alentours). Nous n'avons pas laissé les enfants y dormir.
