House vacation rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

Everything was perfect, the photos don't do it justice, having the private pool is the best, very pleasant and relaxing. Olivia is very friendly and excellent communication, she supported me at all times. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it. It's easy to get around the area and very quiet. Thank you very much for all the support and ultimately 100% recommended.

This house was perfect

We had a lovely stay. It does look just like the photos and Alizee was a good responsive host. Rather than repeating everything everyone else has said I’ve set out some insights/ tips which may be helpful. - You don’t need to buy water as Alizee has provided a massive (20l) water container which is replenished for free. You will need to decant and put in the fridge if you want it chilled. The fridge/freezer is a massive American one though - There is only one sun lounger next to the pool which isn’t great if you are a couple. - The sun hardly gets on to the patio at all. There’s about 3 feet max on one side before lunch and about 3 feet max on the other side during the afternoon. Some of the time there’s none on any part of the patio. So if you want to sun tan for hours each day, then this isn’t the place for you. - The kitchen and the bathroom, especially the shower, are showing signs of wear and tear. Very few of the crockery, cutlery and glassware match. Very nice otherwise

If, like us, you are looking for a place to unwind, be able to walk to everything you need and immerse yourself in the local culture then this place is perfect. Nos encantan mucho la ciudad, el barrio, la casa, los habitantes y practicar nuestra español. Victoria was a superb host that went above and beyond to help us and for answering all our questions. She was really great.

This house is perfect. It’s huge. Close to the beach and amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it.

We couldn’t have wish for any better place than Norman’s family house. It is a great location with a bakery 5’ away and big supermarket Norman has been full of great advices and very helpful and kind. And the house! A piece of heaven in Cozumel! The design, the decoration, the lay out and the fantastic pool and hamac! Thank you so much for having us ❤️ Recommend 110%!

Very complete and safe house. Everything very comfortable and at ease, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen

Upon arrival, the place is very safe and with a lot of security. Very nice place, super comfortable and quiet accommodation. The appliances are quite useful. I rate the attention of the hosts as excellent because they were always available for any questions that arose. We were able to enjoy the amenities of the condominium without any problems. And we managed to fully enjoy our stay. The tour of parks, beaches, malls, everything relatively close.

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Juan's place is great if you're looking for a safe, quiet, luxurious stay. Everything was clean and as described, the gated community is relaxed and family-friendly with great amenities like access to the sports club. Had excellent communication with Juan, made me feel very welcome and he could help me out with any question. I didn't mind the location at all, a 20 minute ride on the e-bike to the center was fine in exchange for staying in the more relaxed and peaceful environment. I'd come back anytime!

House as described, recommended

Downtown Cozumel is nothing like I expected. Pretty run down, not much to do BUT things are pretty close by. A 15 minute taxi ride will take you to beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars by the water. A 5 min ride will take you to shops and restaurants downtown. Also there are little motor vehicles that can take you nearby. Paul’s staff was first rate. Anything we needed was addressed immediately. The house was nice. And clean. The pool too. But from outside, it’s a whole other story and the lot is shared with another small house, which I didn’t know but was never an inconvenience. Paul and his staff offer a lot of services such as babysitting and chef service or extra cleaning. They also list day activities like snorkeling, diving, paddle boarding, etc that they can arrange for you. All and all, we enjoyed our stay in Cozumel and I highly recommend Paul and this house. Amazing service!

Great location and room

An incredible stay on the island of Cozumel! We had a wonderful stay with a SUPER host that made us feel at home! Marco greeted us personally, which is very nice and unusual these days on Airbnb. He gave us information and map orientation. I was so impressed to have the offer to make reservations for our car rental and scuba dives with some discount, too. His knowledge of the island and its history was impressive. Unique, with wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures are in the home and garden. Cotton sheets, and beds are so comfy! A separate cottage for 2 is included The kitchen is well-equipped! There was a fruit bowl plus cold beers in the frig. What more could we wish for? Loved the warm clean pool! Each bedroom had its own balcony! Enjoyed the variety of CDs with player too. We will certainly be back and give this home a visit for weeks. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and groceries but a taxi costs just $2.50 USD in town. BIG Gracias Marco!!!!

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The manager (Ksenia) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and well prepared for all of our needs. You can see that extra thought was taken to make sure we had all our needs taken care. Plenty of cold drinking water prepared. Very private, safe and great location. Plenty of space. The outdoor spaces have lots of plants that add to the natural feeling. Beautiful views from the top floor porch. A very short walk to the water. Includes a parking place. Air conditioning and fans kicks in very quick. Only negative, is that some of the furniture is older, and could be replaced, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful time!! Would definitely come here again!

Everything was very good, 5 days without any problems at all, the area is quiet. I would go back again.

Three generations stayed at this home and had a wonderful week. It was about a half a mile walk to town and about 50 steps to the beach. We had from age 1 to age 60 and it was perfect for all of our needs. Good place to cook. A grill provided. We did choose to have our own van that we rented at the airport and it was easy to get around Playa. Beautiful view from the upper deck with table for eating and couches for lounging. A beautiful table right by the pool, lounging chair chairs a great space to enjoy the family. The three year-old was more than content to just play on the step in the pool when she wasn’t jumping and swimming with an adult.

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Excellent location, the house is very spacious with everything you need to have a nice vacation We just thought the pool was very cold And we had a problem with the clothes dryer, but in the end we figured out how to use it Thank you for everything and we hope to return soon
